Very friendly and usually fast. This morning g there was a rush and my drink was missed but they gave me a card for a free drink to make up for it. Much better coffee and service than the one just around the corner in the Safeway.

We often go to this Starbucks. At times the music is so loud that we can’t hear each other speaking. We have asked for the music to be turned down in the past and it is not usually an issue(not to mention we are not the only ones who ask for the music to be turned down we have heard others ask as well) this particular day Marissa told us it doesn’t go down any further(which is a lie as they have done it in the past no problem) she told us we could change where we are sitting if we didn’t like it. RUDE WHO DOES THAT. Plus it’s a coffee shop where people go to enjoy coffee and conversation not night club!
