Told I can get an ice water without a purchase and then while I was standing there a drop of water hit me from one of the machines. Not sure what the deal is here at this Starbucks. It seems fine overall but wasn’t a very comfortable engagement.

The one day I went inside and ordered, I couldn’t believe how filthy the place was included the whole room. It really questioned the handling of the product and serving to people. I would go into detail, for example, but it’s unnecessary.Filth is filth.

So after work i decided to stop by starbucks since this one opens early. I get there and I assumed maybe they were a little behind but a little in an understatement. Me and this other man were waiting for 10+ minutes outside before they even let us know they won’t be open for another hour. Insane when they could’ve said something but they didn’t. Whole interaction was kinda mean. They ignored us and were talking to each other. I worked in service my entire life so it’s sad to see people not caring or batting an eye. Super frustrating and just overall not great.

They had one girl working and she was doing a fantastic job and the manager was in the back with another associate during busy rush hour and then comes out and I tried to tell him what a great job his employee was doing , and he just seemed to snub it off

Saw the girl making my drink not put any ice, just plain mocha, then used the tap to water it down!!! Tasted like piss, just asked her to throw it away, no refund or anything. Also the falafel pocket was warmed for 10 secs and was all flimsy and cold.New Starbucks standards folks. Poor service and trash coffee.

I recently visited this location in Wood Village and I just wanna say I really appreciate Grant, who took my order and turned my whole morning around with a bright positive attitude and a beautiful smile. Not only did I receive excellent customer service, I felt welcomed and It was just a wonderful vibe in this Starbucks. I could tell that the staff was happy. We need more people like Grant in the workplace! Also the coffee was delicious!
