I’ve been a Starbucks fan for many years, and this locations customer service typified what customer service should be for all Starbucks locations. Of course, I always love the coffee. There aren’t any places that I’m aware of where you can go and receive such a dynamic range of caffeination. From refreshers to blonde roast, hot or cold, sweet, savory or plain, they’ve got you covered.
The place had a nice ambiance with both indoor and outdoor seating.
Wish there was a dairy free egg white bite option, though!

With just one person in line in front I waited a long time to get my Americano. The other day I walked in during my lunch break and left without ordering due to a very slow service. And I say it’s just a few customers in line. Also the place looks abandoned and filthy. And baristas have greasy hair hanging over the face. Terrible hair… kind of ruins appetite. Attached are the photos of a dust at the pick up counter. Took pictures today. I hope this review goes up the line and Starbucks will do something to bring this place up to a standard.

Went in for a cup of ice and offered to paid being of color. It us going to be 90 degrees plus and I also work within the business square and was told no unless I buy coffee. A mom on a budget couldn’t afford coffee but needed ice water to stay dehydrated at work with this heat. Thankfully my job had a freezer so I will place the hot water bottle in the freezer and let it get cold. Prehaps if I was someone else they would have given or sold me a cup of ice.
