We hopped off the freeway for coffee. I order a cold brew with oat milk probably 3 times a week at least from Starbucks. It’s a simple order. Somehow this is the worst coffee I have ever had. She added something sweet but it’s not even making it taste good. I think maybe she forgot to cut the concentrate? Unsure how it’s this terrible. My husbands coffee is equally as dismal. What’s going on at this location? Gross.

I am sorry but unfortunately I will no longer be visiting this Starbucks. I work nearby so I have continually tried using this location. However, their service at this point is pretty dismal. They appear very understaffed/untrained. But they also aren’t keeping up on having plain medium roast brewed. I wish I could say it was an anomaly but this is the third time now.

The baristas were so rude. They couldn’t care less about the customers in line. One was too busy flirting with a guy while the other was complaining that she was “starving”. It took 10 minutes to get my drink and I was the first person in line!

I stopped at Starbucks to get a drink like I always do on my way to work and there was nobody there. So I went to customer service and asked is Starbucks closed . They said no we sent her on her break and we didn’t have anyone to cover her. I left the store upset and had to get coffee elsewhere! Not professional to not cover someone’s break with no coverage! I’m very disappointed!!!
