Only one barista and it took forever. Not every starbucks barista energy. They were out of brewed coffee and didnt offer a Americano at brewed coffee price like every other location ever. The americano was way watered down. Im not one to complain but I will be honest about my experience. May have been an off day but it made me feel I should have just had made coffee ar home or gone to a local coffee shop instead like I originally planned. I chose Starbucks because I was looking for consistency before coaching the youth wrestling tournament all day. I did have a nice conversation with the people waiting in line behind me so thats why I gave atmosphere 2 stars.

I will never come back to this location I order a venti iced Carmel macchiato with 11 pumps vanilla and made breve I pay 6.95 for my drink everywhere else but here they want to charge me 80 more per extra pump of vanilla so based on this I would be paying 11.75 for a drink . No thank you, I know some think I should pay extra for the flavor but not 80 cents a pump there is too much inconsistency at this Starbucks so I will just go to ones who seem to to know what they are doing

This is the nearest Starbucks to me and it is easily the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Writing this review due to how consistently terrible my experiences here have been. I honestly feel bad for the employees since it seems like a training issue or due to lack of quality management . Drinks never taste correct, forget modifying anything on the menu, and it takes a really long time to get your whole order. I can see them only making one drink at a time even with a long line.

Love Starbucks but not a fan of this location. Morning staff is rude and it looks like they clearly don’t want to be there. Definitely an uncomfortable interaction with them. My husband went in to purchase drinks on Sunday 09/26 around 4:40-4:45pm and he said the girls working were so rude to him. We keep coming back because the location is just convenient and close to our home and jobs. But customer service could definitely improve .
