I would rate the interior of this location as one of the most attractive Starbucks restaurants I have ever been in. Rich wood grain colours in the tables and walls, brick accenting the menu boards, and luxurious leather backed chairs around very generously-sized tables. On to the visit: all good. Was here bright and early (6 AM) on an autumn time-change morning, parked only 50 ft from the entry, received a pleasant greeting when I walked in, and had my coffee barely 5 minutes later. Baristas friendly, overall an excellent rating for this Beaverton OR Starbucks.

I had ordered the oatmeal and didn’t get the toppings. When I asked toppings. They gave me raisins and nuts. They said u have to pay for blue berries. Website says include selection of toppings. And all toppings re listed there including blueberries.
They re not asking any customization or order seperatley.

the baristas are always super nice, but service takes incredibly long. whenever i place a mobile order, i go to the starbucks when my app tells me it’s ready, then it’s never ready at the screen. after a 5+ minute wait through the drive through, it’s still not ready and i end up waiting more time at the window. it’s not the barista’s faults at all as they’re usually understaffed, but corporate and management needs to do better as this is a continuous issue.

To be clear, the baristas are AMAZING and are doing their best! However, whoever is in charge of staffing (I assume corporate) is not doing a good job because this location is always incredibly understaffed. It makes me want to shop at a different coffee shop, I may not go to Starbucks anymore if this is how they treat their employees!

Love my morning crew! A new trainee, Patrick, is getting great support from his team. It’s such a friendly place, and the encouragement of the new trainee makes my heart happy.
