Terrible service. Bought drinks and was told I could not use the restroom because they were cleaning for 20+ minutes. In what world does it take over 20 minutes to clean the restroom? Needs better management and customer service rapport. Seems like management is fine with posting cleaning supplies outside restroom to deter customers from using.

I came to Starbucks today by myself, which is quite rare, considering that I’m usually here on behalf of my girlfriend while she waits in the car or I go inside with her. Nothing against Starbucks, I just don’t consume that much caffeine on a regular basis.
Anyways, with that said, I will say that team here is particularly friendly in comparison to some of the other locations. This isn’t just on Oahu, but in the mainland as well. While they do get busy, I don’t think that they feel as bogged down as some of the other crazy locations like Kahala so they can be a little more friendly.
Besides friendliness, we haven’t really run into any issues with the accuracy of our orders. I bring that up because my girlfriends drink is particularly complex and it has to be remade about 50% of the time and other locations. Here, it’s only happened a few times.
If the staff is reading this, thank you for everything that you do (making sure that my other half is properly caffeinated and not cranky lol).
Sidenote, I haven’t really hung out here before, but as I was writing this review, I noticed that I kept getting kicked off the Wi-Fi. I’m not sure if it’s because some of the seats are far away from the main door or if it’s just a router at this location. If you plan on working here, I’d probably opt to sit inside so that there isn’t too much interference with regards to the Wi-Fi connectivity.

Terrible in-store experience. I ordered a snowman sugar cookie based on the product photo shown online and was given a different version. When I questioned it, I was told I’d need to buy another one to get what was pictured.
The employee then dismissed the concern by saying, “it’s just a sugar cookie.” That response was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. Customers shouldn’t be talked down to for asking about an item that doesn’t match what was advertised. The reason I ordered it was to create a Christmas photo, so the detail mattered.
This location lacks basic customer service and accountability.

Very Nasty staff. I came to the store to get my coffee with my child and he wanted to use the bathroom. They refuse to give me the code unless I order first. So I told them I will order once he goes to the bathroom . They refused . I end up leaving without any order They do not deserve any bussiness.

Coffee n drinks are good, only gave them a 1 star because I walked in to get a drink n charge my phone for a bit. I found all outlets blocked on purpose, this is the first Starbucks I see w out power outlets for their customers to use.

As a frequent Starbucks customer and business owner myself, I have never had a bad experience before that has prompted me to leave a bad review. I came in Monday August 18th around noon. I went up and waited by the cash register. There was no line, until a group came in behind me. I noticed 4 employees and one who seemed to be in charge (a lady with dark wavy hair) was training someone. A simple “Hi! We will be with you in just a moment,” would have been more appropriate. The lady in charge kept randomly looking at me and finally went up to the cash register and said “I can help who’s next” as she stared at the group behind me in line. I just started ordering as she gave me complete sass. Totally not appropriate, and she did the same tone of voice and attitude when she handed my boyfriend our food. Completely horrible customer service, I will never be stopping at this location again.
