I hadn’t been here since the renovation and the shop is looking fantastic! I couldn’t stay for this visit, but I’m sure it gets popular and might be hard to find a place to sit in the middle of the day. It sure looks accommodating and comfortable. The staff were both friendly and helpful. The white mocha was very tasty.

The person working here 1/14/2026 was more concerned about flirting with his BF than he was with helping customers. As soon as he took the bf’s order, he immediately left the register to go make his drink while telling me to wait. I just placed my order on the app while standing there and then went and sat down. When I got my drink he wrote on the cup next to my name “is so cool..” as if he was offended that I didnt wait for him and gave him a annoyed look. never spoke one word to him and just observed the flirting they did.

I called this location because my daughter had an allergic reaction to the pink drink. When an employee answered the phone I explained the situation and he asked if my daughter was “hot” he then proceeded to ask if i was “hot”. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a human being. I hope whoever answered the phone is fired. I’m not happy about this. I then called again and the same kid answered. He asked me what 10+9 was and then said “NO ITS 21”. and hung up. Whoever employed this child should be ashamed of themselves. Never coming here again.

Staff great. Coffee not. Been Star customers for a long time but make our own at home from Starbucks french roast nearly every day. Needless to say we know the taste of the espresso. New cups??? Thank you for being environmentally friendly, but taste? Yuck-blah

I’ve been going to Starbucks for almost 5 years, but over the last three months, the service has changed dramatically – and not for the better. The cashiers often struggle to get orders correct, seemingly unfamiliar with their own menu. Even when reading items directly from the menu board, they still misunderstand and ask irrelevant questions. When I finally receive my order, it’s often incorrect. For example, my Frappuccino typically arrives melted, almost at room temperature, rather than frozen.

As shown in the picture, it clearly says NO WHiP & COCONUT MILK. So in basic common sense class that is pretty self explanatory for a dairy alert. The fact that these people put whipped cream in there isn’t the issue. It’s that they didn’t even have the decency to remake the drink after making a mistake but instead adding more coffee and a wild amount of caramel on top to hide the mistake. Please do better! There’s a reason some people make certain modifications. And this isn’t the first mishap, it’s just the first review .
