I’ve been a loyal starbucks customer for over 10 yrs and this one at Waikele is the WORST services that I’ve ever experienced. The workers seems don’t know what they’re doing and given a stinky eye even when they’re the one messed up my order. Should worth 0 star if there’s a choice…Very disappointed!!!

I can see the low rated reviews are mostly folks who have long complicated orders who didn’t properly prepare for a successful order of that capacity, Ive been coming to this Starbucks for almost 4 years and every time is welcoming and smooth. I was almost gone for 4 months because my vehicle was wrecked and when I returned Jennifer, Jess, Scott, Danette, and Zhai all welcomed me back and all new my typical go to order as if I never was gone for 4 months. Ladies and gentlemen quit being so harsh and have grace. If you come in with a big order come organized and correct. You have to meet folks in the middle and quit being so demanding, because at the end of the day…. YOU COULD ALWAYS MAKE YOUR OWN COFFEE! With that being said you and your families stay safe and blessed out there. Mahalo nui loa for always looking out Starbucks team!

My drink tasted great and the cashier was so nice and patient but there was a mix up with the drink size. So I told them about it in a polite way because mistakes happen and it’s okay. The cashier apologized but the girl who was making my drink made this face and huffed and puffed and was just bothered that she had to make my drink again. Her name was Kay and she was so unprofessional by doing that. I don’t like writing negative reviews but I also think that you shouldn’t be mad and upset at a customer and make them feel like it’s their fault there was a mistake made. I am paying for the drink that I ordered and that’s what I expect to get.

I was treated terribly at this place! I had a 50 dollar bill to buy my coffee, and the person at the register didn’t want to take it because it would “use all of her change for the rest of the day.”
The ATM around the corner gives out 50’s, what am I supposed to do?!
They ended up taking the 50 (so there WAS enough change!), but not before giving me a super hard time about it!
If you don’t want to take 50’s, put a sign on the door that says so. Otherwise, keep enough change to take all bills!

Soon as I walked in, the girl (wearing glasses, I think she’s of Asian decent) at the counter who was making drinks, I asked her if this was where you pick up orders. Not only did she not answer me at all, but she never even looked up to acknowledge my existence (I was literally standing 3 feet in front of her). Also ordered my drink with light ice, and it was full of ice, so had to have them remake it and that same girl looked a bit annoyed when I asked. Overall not a great experience

Busy place. Come rarely if I have biz nearby. I was uncomfortable that store was not monitoring clients in line and not following social distancing.
Waited a long time for simple drink. Stood there patiently while call in orders trumped people that entered and stood in line. Common challenge in stores these days. Oh well, digitally outsmarted again. Do not ask, as the canned answer is “first come, first serve”!
Anyway. My drink was made wrong with wrong name. Now that is a mistake I accept. Most stores are training new help…everywhere. I don’t know, just something very satisfying about walking into a coffee shop as a human being, connecting, ordering, feeling good about simple conversation and eye contact. Peace out! Be safe!

One of the best Starbucks to go to. Staffing is friendly and professional. Drinks are always made to order and taste perfect. Location is always popping with locals and tourists. Music selections are always great and outside seating is available if you prefer that atmosphere. The sitting bar is nicely secluded in the corner- a perfect arrangement for studying and homework. Tables are diverse for bigger groups or couples. Bathroom is convenient placed away from foot traffic and near one entrance. Plenty of parking for those commuting by vehicle. Lots of neighbors, if you’re looking to window shop.
