I asked for a drink with light ice and both times it had the same amount of ice which was 75% of it. I’m paying $8 for ice quite literally. All I’m asking for is my drink to have 25% ice. I know this isn’t the only Starbucks to do this, but it happens every time here. I don’t know if it’s a policy to add so much ice but it’s getting ridiculous. Thank you for the good service though.

I had a really positive experience at the drive-thru and wanted to recognize Miles. Even though it was a quick interaction, he was friendly, professional, and efficient. He greeted me with such a warm attitude and made sure my order was correct before I pulled away.

These service is so amazing! It was my birthday and many of the employees said happy birthday to me and gave me a Bundt cake and a cake pop! It was so delicious! They were so sweet and my drink I ordered came out really fast. The environment is so clean, my order came out exactly what I want. I will always come back to this Starbucks. It really made my day!
Update! I came back and this literally made my night where they put on the cup to “feel better soon” since I was under the weather I ordered hot tea for me, I feel so loved! They also served so quickly at the drive thru with a smile too! Also when I come many of the staff know my name it’s so lovely!

Great location here! I often stop by to get work done – and this is really the place I love to be. The workers here are awesome, and they’ll really take care of you. Wifi is a little slow, around .6MBPS, but for public wifi I can’t complain. The one thing Im not fond of is the music. Corporate policy, I imagine, but it gets a bit distracting. Bring a quality pair of headphones and you’re golden.
