This Starbucks is by far the best one on the island that I’ve been to. The other locations are always a huge hit or miss, but this location stays consistent. Every drink I order from them is perfect, store is clean and their customer service is impeccable!!!
They’re always busy and on top of their game. There are many Starbucks near me, but l’d rather drive out to this location for my drinks since they follow my drink description perfectly. Whoever is running this store specifically is doing an amazing job. Keep up the good work Starbucks team

Been going here a long time and they recently went through a major renovation. The interior is the more modern pickup counter with a screen showing the queued orders, but sadly they’ve completely removed all the indoor seating. I do like that pickup is closer to the front door, and I’ve never had issues with my orders.

Friendly staff and kept clean. Parking may get hectic but it flows fast during busy times of day. Staff are so friendly and remember faves which make it for a pleasant experience. Mizzy is always awesome and writes friendly notes on your cup. What a special addition to a wonderful drink made.

Saw huge fly in their pastry display. They don’t even try to catch or chase it away!…eeeewwww….Order Green tea blended no syrup with whipped cream. Walked out realized no whipped cream so I returned. Batista just took my cup put whipped cream after checking my receipt. No apology what so ever! Went home. I noticed it had loaded syrup. Tried to put more ice and try to make less sweeter but just couldn’t save it. Went back to get it redone. They remade it no apology. BTW, no refill for my iced tea since I left the place and came back. Oh…if I stayed and wasted the seat and their electricity they let you get refill but customers who had to come back from home cause barista made mistake get no refill on plain ice tea! Worst Starbuck ever.

Favorite Starbucks on the Island, if not one of my all time favorites. Everyone is a rock star that works here. Parking lot can be a bit crazy to navigate and some of the regulars that visit the little shopping center are absolute garbage at parking and driving slowly.

I have been going to this Starbucks since February. Every time a guest walks in the door, all the baristas and employees welcome the guests with smiles and positive vibes! They are always willing to help customers with thier coffee orders and they are extremely knowledgeable about the different types of coffee and products they have. I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks. They take pride in their work and they work so hard! Kudos and cheers to you Pearl City Starbucks Team!
