I had a disappointing experience at this location with one of the baristas (a young woman with a short buzz cut). I ordered a cappuccino with protein foam and asked for half of the foam to be placed in a separate cup. This has never been a problem at other Starbucks locations here in Maui — in fact, some baristas have even suggested it to ensure there’s enough room for the coffee.

When I made the request, the barista abruptly said, “No, I cannot do that.” I explained that other locations have done it for me before, but she replied, “Maybe they did that, but I’m not going to.” Her tone was unnecessarily rude and dismissive.

I understand if there are location-specific policies, but the way the situation was handled felt unprofessional. I hope this feedback can be used as a training opportunity to ensure all customers are treated respectfully, even when a request can’t be accommodated.

Deanna helped me today whilst we talked about Australia. This location is connected to Foodland so plenty of parking. Centre has USPS and lots of other shops. Only 2 tables inside, I did not see any place to connect a charger and 5 tables just outside. Disappointing but no big deal.

Usually a very busy place. Located inside the foodland. They are pretty quick about making your drink. Especially if you have the app. By the time I drive there my drink is usually prepared as well. So worth having the app.

Used to be good. Ordered on the app 15 min earlier then had to wait 15 min in store. None of what I asked for was in the drink. No shots or chips. What the hell was I waiting for? I guess they felt like I needed a milkshake. Thanks. I’ll just go to Makawao town.

I usually go to the Starbucks at the Pukalani Terrace Center, because I live pretty close to it. Everyone working there is very kind and they have no problems answering or Trying to answer that you might have.
However, the ‘Condiment Station’ is often messy and ‘Out’ of…something.
