Rude Employees- they don’t say hello, thank you, good morning or good bye! I order 4 drinks, $30 give $5 tip and all the drinks were “off” e.g. full of ice when I ask for light ice, o say hello and good morning and 3 workers on their cell phone never even say hello. Just spend your mainland money at another shop. They really disappoint, I can’t get over the rude and mess drink and can’t say hello. It really reflects poorly on the management and district managers that multiple stores have rude employees and can’t make the drink as requested.

I placed a mobile order 25-30 minutes in advance so I could quickly pick it up and get to work on time. When I arrived 25 minutes later, my order still wasn’t ready and I had to wait, making me late to work.

What was especially disappointing was that there didn’t seem to be much sense of urgency from the staff even though several mobile orders were clearly backed up. I’ve worked in customer service before, so I understand how busy mornings can get, but the lack of urgency was frustrating.

The barista mentioned that all mobile orders “come in at once,” and they were currently backed up in mobile orders, but this wasn’t the first time I’ve experienced this from this location specifically. If this is a known issue, Starbucks really needs to fix the mobile ordering system because it defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead.

Was here today on 10/5/24 at around 1:30pm on vacation and disappointed as I was taken back when I grabbed a lid for my coffee which was easily accessible where my drink was, it was just like grabbing a straw didn’t think it was a big deal, if you don’t want anyone to grab something and It’s a big deal to you then don’t have it where it’s easily accessible.

I didn’t think to ask since it was just there and didn’t want to bother anybody but when the scrawny young barista saw me, he said that next time I needed to ask , that I can’t be just reaching over, which I didn’t, the lid was right in front of me no need to reach over smart one, I thought to myself wow ppl are so uptight , it’s just a lid relax, and the big girl has the nerve to say out loud, “good Lord”. This goes to show how mouthy these two are, someday they are going to run into the wrong person. They both are lucky that I hadn’t had my coffee yet lol.

All I can say is how disappointed I am. With all that’s going on geez relax ppl, stop power tripping and acting like you own the place. Learn to provide good customer service and don’t focus so much on the lil things, focus on greeting your customers, smiling, bring happy and being polite and not having a RBF. Not what I expect while on vacation, especially Hawaii. 🙁

Staff is friendly and product is ample and similar to other Starbucks. Poor rating due to limited seating for size of store and all electrical plugs have blank face coverings. Obviously they don’t want people to stay – buy and move on!

I only rate a 2 because of my purchase. My order was a honey citrus mint tea. Which is made with jade citrus mint, peach tranquility, lemonade and honey.
There was no lemonade,peach tranquility or honey. I didn’t realize it until I got home, cause it was hot. I understand if it was a drink that was special order. But this is on your menu. At least know that.

Worst Starbucks in the area, by far. Every time I’ve come in, they been rude and slow. None of them wear name tags. No greetings or questions about my day.

I’d recommend the one down the street. They’re always so fast and friendly.
