The food here is pretty nice. The staff are all usually nice. I came here though, and waited 35 minutes just to get a drink that was not that good, and a cake pop which was good. Would I recommend coming here? If they are not busy yes.

I hate to leave a bad review, but after 45 minutes for ONE coffee, I had to say something. I watched several people go up to the counter after me, order and then still get their drinks before me. If it’s going to take over 30 minutes, I feel the barista should at least let us know that coffee orders will be severely delayed.

In a shopping mall with plenty of parking. The store was good sized but with very limited seating. Ordering was easy, but the pickup of orders was lacking. It was at the far end of the store in a corner. You had to weave through the many customers to get to your order. I am used to the baristas welcoming people into the store at our local Starbucks. Not here, but the products were just as good as any other starbucks.

Solid three stars. The food was OK and the coffee was not up to Starbucks’ usual low standard but mind you that may have a lot to do with being here on island time! The baristas definitely know how to take their time. After they take the order they have no problem chatting for awhile before starting on making any drinks then when they are done making the drinks, no problem just setting it on top of the espresso machine while they make the next three orders, then call out all of them at once. Not cool. As far as the storefront, it’s a Starbucks.

As a nursing mom, needing a refill of my water, I saw Starbucks, and felt relieved knowing they could help! I walked in with my empty water bottle and asked her if she could please refill it for me. And she said “just a minute” stood there and then said “um we have a new policy that you have to buy something for water”. I didn’t have my wallet on me so she would not give me 8oz of water… super frustrating!! I’ve never had this kind of experience at any other Starbucks, and I’ve never heard that “policy”.

Super friendly staff. I’d say do mobile order ahead at this location. I walked in and ordered right away and it took about 15min to get my coffee. About 5 or 6 ppl waiting that all ordered in house as they kept only calling out mobile orders that just sat there. Not the end of the world, just a heads up if in a hurry is all!

This is your typical Starbucks. Nothing spectacular. If you’re looking for cups from the Hawai’i collection, they have ALL of them, including the spikey yellow and green cup as a keychain!
I got a trenta iced coffee with room and they served me a small cup of milk on the side because they don’t put out carafes anymore. No idea why but I’m fine with that.

I come in here to work at my online job every day, and it’s always a great atmosphere! I get matcha occasionally, and it’s great as always! I saw another review saying that there are no electrical outlets, but I’ve come in here and used the outlets every day for a couple months, so they may have been recently added. It would be convenient to have a public bathroom, but it’s not hard to walk over to Safeway. Love this place!
