Normally me and my boyfriend come everyday as we live in a close neighborhood but with the way lately that staff are noticeably unhappy and not to the staffs fault but it’s making the drinks worse since they are unhappy, happy staff make good not burned blonde espresso, I’ve personally watched moral of this location plummet and wonder what the corporation have done to make them so noticeably miserable that I can taste it in my drink

Depending on the timing, I find a table here inside of the store. No need to worry about parking and restroom. Their music is a bit loud, but most likely this place is a great place to read, work, or chat with friends.

Very laid back atmosphere, very relaxed. I stood in line for a couple minutes as other customers walked past me to the counter. The employee’s were totally clueless. If you don’t want to be bothered w/ conversation, small talk, service or coffee, this is the place to go.

Holy moly! Not only did I do curbside wrong but the girl was so nice and saw I was confused and came out and helped me, so nice and friendly and my orders were brought and done fast with precision! Never in my life have I been so impressed with service ! Wish I could do a custom tip more than 25%! Mahalo ! ❤️

My personal favorite Starbucks on the island! The staff are all so kind and make sure to make everything as quick as possible, they know we’re all in a hurry. They make sure to learn regular’s names and haven’t messed up anything of mine yet. My mobile orders are always ready when I walk in, and when I order inside during a rush they’re still ready pretty quick. While I was a Dunkin lover before, I have since switched back to loving Starbucks because of this location!

Wretched customer service. The lady in front of me was helped then the gal at the register starts cleaning and organizing the coffee brewers. The gal at the bakery case continues to label food and the boy takes his sweet time making one coffee. Wasn’t acknowledged, no “hey there, it’ll be just a sec”. Embarrassing. I literally had to ask for help.
