I hate this starbucks from now on. The person taking orders is very rude and the person giving you your order is also rude, they dont say anything after you tell them thank you and have a nice day. You just get ignored.. also the drink i got was barely filled at all, just mostly ice, no creamer on the side or oatmilk, straight up bad experience and not a clean place, they are unhygienic. You just see garbage bags everywhere tossed around. Overall they need new NICE staff who does their job right and fill drinks to the top or at least 3 inches below!! Im never coming here again!!!

Very quick visit, ordered and served in 3 minutes. Drink was hand crafted and made to my preference. Located bottom 1st level of Aiea shopping, corner unit. Times Supermarket is direct across Starbucks, along with a few eateries and business on this level. 2nd level McDonald’s, Koa Pancake House and several smaller business. 3rd level Aiea Bowling Alley,, along with the popular ” The Alley” … great chef prepared food and dessert. All levels have a fair amount of parking, with quick turn around time if stalls are occupied. Aiea Medical Center is across the street, hourly pat parking.

Its a smaller store in a quaint shopping mall. The store is clean and the staff are friendly. There is not a lot of room to sit and enjoy your product so if you are coming with a crowd it might be prudent to check it out first before committing to this location.

They are always so friendly and welcoming at this location. I don’t go very frequently, maybe a few times a month, but I feel like a regular when I stop in. They seem to get along well and have a good rapport within their team. Love this!
I like their layout and flow and the store is usually pretty tidy. They aren’t always super fast; but when they are busy they are efficient and do better than other locations on island.

What can you say Starbucks is over all great good always great in morning the only thing that needs to change is the attitude of employees they like to judge others and talk about the people who enter the store ! I go into store looking like I’m homeless only to see the real reactions of what the employees do yet they don’t know who I am and the real reason of coming which is a great for me to see if they are good people and I discovered s few who are posers and really show there colors by acting like they better then you and really make it known that you don’t belong in the store buying Starbucks. Unfortunately for us we have to put up with this like usual nothing will happen it’s why I need to tell of this behavior ?!!

Love the coffee ,staff is nice and they have a restroom.Good place to go to talk with someone. Please try the pumpkin flavor in the coffee it’s super they’ll run out of it soon so get it while you can. Nice layout of the seating and you can wait for your friend and smell the coffee.

I have been to this location because they make my drink to perfection. But there is one Shift Supervisor who I spoke to two weeks ago by the name of Mason. I witness him helping an elderly with her drink, she suffered from Parkinson disease and he gladly with the most imaginable attitude and without hesitation help her. Mason did not only make the moment right, he went back to the store to fix something in her drink. I applaud Mason, there are not many people who go the extra mile. I spoke to Mason, and he shared that he had just become a shift. Furthermore, I went in today, and he had the best attitude, greeting people. Good Job, Aiea Starbucks, on selecting wonderful individuals to guide others to provide the best customer experience.
