Stopped by this Starbucks today and had a great experience! The staff here is super friendly — everyone greeted me with a smile and great energy. The store itself is spotless, from the floors to the drink station, everything looked well maintained and organized. You can tell the team here really takes pride in their work.
The only thing that threw me off a bit was that none of the baristas were wearing hats, which I found unusual since most Starbucks locations require it. Not a huge deal, just something I’ve never seen before.
Other than that, my drink was made perfectly and the vibe was great. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. My pregnant wife entered to order a drink and urgently needed to use the restroom, but staff refused access until her purchase was completed.
Denying a pregnant customer basic restroom access over a transaction shows a lack of empathy and professionalism. Customer care should come before rigid policy enforcement.
I expect management to review this incident and reinforce higher service standards.

My little daughter needed to use the restroom urgently. We stopped at this Starbucks hoping for a quick break, but we were told that we must purchase something in order to use the bathroom.
She was forced to hold it in, started crying, and was still not allowed to go.
This was deeply disappointing. I understand policies, but sometimes compassion should come first — especially when it comes to a small child in distress. A cup of coffee is not more important than basic human decency.

The service was terrific. We were told we could get free refills on coffee and they probably gave me 15 or 16 oz of coffee, at leastn I went to the 1 at 5411 Diablo road in Sacramento. And was very impressed five point o. An excellent value for the money

I used to stop by this location very frequently and Order sandwiches and coffee on the way to work, but now I avoid all Starbucks coffee shops due to their tipping policy. You were still able to tip in a jar b4 onscreen requirement, but it was not on the screen, and now when you don’t tip coworkers get upset and make me feel uncomfortable. I don’t mind to tip once in a while to small coffee shops who are privately owned and are struggling to survive, and tip frequently – but not Starbucks -a billion Revenue company who is coffee quality is not up to par with many small independent coffee shops and chains. Tipping policy killed it, I don’t stop here anymore even if I’m hungry and want a cup of coffee. Not only this location, I avoid all starbucks coffee shops. It was nice knowing you

Steer clear of Cynthia. She belligerently doesn’t make my drink correctly , MULTIPLE TIMES. Probably does this to others as well.
Today she proceeds to make my drink wrong AGAIN & then laughs about it . So I am now convinced she did it on purpose . She really should not be in customer service .

Really long drive thru line, so I parked upfront to go inside to find the doors locked. It was about 11am, no signs to say why they were closed. I could see people inside. When I got back to my car, I saw someone from inside hold the door open and wave their friends in. Wow. Total waste of my time. I can’t rate the food/ drink from that day as I was unable to be served.
