I absolutely love the Starbucks located in the Bradshaw Marketplace! This specific location consistently goes above and beyond to make every customer feel genuinely welcomed. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and positive energy that truly sets the tone for your visit.
The cleanliness here is outstanding, staff are always sweeping, wiping down tables, and keeping everything neat and inviting. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining a comfortable environment for everyone. I also appreciate how creative and engaging they are, often making samples for customers and adding those thoughtful little touches that make the experience special.
Service is always efficient and convenient, making it the perfect spot to grab a delicious latte without a long wait. I especially love coming here to study. I always feel welcomed and comfortable enough to stay awhile and get my work done.

I have been cominh to this Starbucks for years now. It is ine of the few local cafes i can sit and write at. The baristas are always kind, ive never had a n issue with my order, and thanks the hreat enviroment they created, i was able to complete and release my debut novel! Thanks for fostering such a great space for me to work in!!!

The customer service could be better but drinks are made great. The place is chill and can get very busy at times but overall it’s cool. The wait time was okay and no one was really in the store but overall the wait time was good enough for me.

I ordered grande white mocha and she gave me tall in grande cup when I picked up the cup I noticed the quantity I lifted lid and found quantity was low i showed her and said 1 quarter of drink is missing instead of resolving the issue she’s arguing so I left.

They stepped up their game and are well staffed to meet the demand of this super busy location. My lattes have been to the standard and I love the puppacino’s that we get.
It’s ok for being a busy Starbucks. My lattes feel like coffee versus a creamy latte. Staff is always friendly.

I ordered a ham & cheese croissant took a bite and discovered it was cold. I put it back in the bag and took it back letting them know it was cold. They took it out of the bag and warmed it up. When they gave it back to me they scolded me because I didn’t tell them I took a bite. I responded by saying that I thought they were going to give me a new one, which they should have find. Several red flags. It’s a health and safety issue and they were rude to me. Don’t get made at me because you couldn’t see that I took a bite. Also the cashier was disinterested when she took my order. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. This experience is so unusual for Starbucks.

I loveed a woman so much that I used to stop and get her Starbucks everytime i went home to her. I wasnt great to her and she had some nasty secrets for me. She left me and moved to texasI I tried hard to won her back. Things seemed better. I lost her for good on Friday August 15, 2025. And that was also the day Starbucks stopped appealing to me. It’s so much more cozy and inviting here than before. The music, stocked condiment bar, and seating gave off a great vibe. An employee was also cleaning when I came in after their morning rush. I really like that Starbucks overall is returning to its roots. That said, the super bonus was the cute drawings on my cups, thanks guys ☺️
