The manager is a karen, she seems to get a rise out of triggering others. Kylee has made multiple of my experiences uncomfortable, because I asked for my drink to be remade. The Carmel in this drink is literally not normal, they have never explained why that happens, or cared but I could totally understand if it was a little accident maybe an apology would be nice. But they have messed up on any and every thing that could be messed up. They profile me, and act like Im scary and it’s very insulting. Kaylee has crossed multiple management boundaries and makes up rules as if they are laws. She has lied multiple times surrounding events in the store and because she seems to be “looking out” for her employees they stand behind her. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for 2 years everyday. I’ve seen plenty people get hired and fired. I remember the day Kaylee got hired and I remember the first time meeting Ashley. Ashley has been rude since the beginning. And Kaylee was nice when she was doing group training, she followed all the protocol. But as soon as she got hired she completely changed her way of managing and oversteps with her words, body language, and entitlement. I have yet to feel satisfied in my experience. And I am very sad about the line of events that have played out. I’m sad that I used to value my trips to Starbucks and now I feel taken advantage of. I am grateful to have been able to spend thousands of dollars here, but they have in no way returned my energy, or what I deserve, yet. I am asking Starbucks personally to reach out to me and I am asking Starbucks to fix the mess ups they have made, emotionally and financially.

They have NO CONSISTENCY at this location especially. Every visit, the same order I always get is made different…they don’t follow the order. We are spending $5-8 on a drink can you honor your customers by making their drinks correctly???? Do better or re-train all employees until they get things right. Forget about writing on cups and focus on the basics first…

I Came through drive-thru for my mobile order. The lady handed me my drinks dripping everywhere. I asked her for a napkin and she snapped “I don’t have any!” I told her then she cant hand me my drink without wiping it down because it’s dripping on my clothes & car. She found napkins and rudely handed them to me. I told her she was being rude and I was going to contact her manager. She rudely said ok and I just drove off. I can’t believe management is going to allow her to treat customers so rude.

Came here to meet a friend halfway from my house and his house. Three of the crew members were talking amongst themselves, Tall blonde, with bow in hair, a normal girl with black glasses, and another blonde that seemed in charge. I am 6 foot there is no way they don’t see me standing there while they all kept using words that are not work appropriate or custom friendly.
Just saying watch your mouth when customers are in the store, gossiping about other co-works isn’t very nice. I could be wrong but you never know the customers relationship to that co-worker.

Extremely happy with the customer service at this location. Since coming here nearly 1.5 years only a few hiccups but they are always willing to make it right, greet with a smile at hello and goodbye.

This location uses double the amt of ice compared to other locations. Its higher than the fill line… I’ve been to other locations for the same drink. No value here.. I’ll drive a little further and get the better option. Update 7/1 got their breakfast sandwich & the bacon was falling out of the sandwich & coffee still has an extreme amt of ice…

I recently visited this Starbucks location because the drive through line was unusually long, so I decided to go inside. Upon entering, I was greeted by one of the staff members, which was a nice start. However, my interaction with the barista who ultimately helped me, her name was Aly was very disappointing.
From the beginning, she approached me with an unwelcoming attitude, starting our interaction with a curt “What do you need?” rather than a standard, friendly greeting. As I tried to place my order, I felt rushed and cut off, as if I were an inconvenience. I understand this location is often busy, but that’s no excuse for poor customer service. I wasn’t even able to complete my full order because I felt so uncomfortable and to make matters worse, the part of my order that was taken ended up being incorrect.
I had ordered a White Chocolate Cream Frappuccino with no coffee, but what I received was a White Mocha Frappuccino with caramel drizzle, which includes coffee something we specifically did not want. It was frustrating and disappointing to receive something entirely different from what I asked for.
What concerned me most was what appeared to be a difference in treatment based on the color of my skin. After my interaction, I observed the same barista helping other customers who were lighter-skinned with noticeably more friendliness and attention, even asking them if they’d like anything else, something she didn’t ask me.
I don’t normally support Starbucks, and after this experience, I never will again. This visit left me feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and unfairly treated. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to ensure all customers are treated with equal courtesy and care.

Have been to this place a few times now and they’ve gotten my order wrong the first few times but I completely understand being new and opening up and those first days have a lot of people. Staff is always so kind and friendly and very welcoming. I love that this Starbucks is so close to where I live and my experiences here have been nothing but great! Keep up the great work and thanks for coming to Rosemont!
