My experience with a friend was very nice today we went to the grand reopening of this Starbucks. It looks very nice I really like the setup for the Baristas nice and roomy. The service is always excellent the drinks are very good. The Baristas are very friendly and they make sure that everything is satisfying to the customer. Thanks Starbucks got to have you and often.

Wasn’t allowed to purchase a large water with extra ice? She said it was for paying customers only. I don’t understand that , if I tried to order a large cup of ice water because I literally love Starbucks ice lol. Cashier was very snobby. Will not be returning.

Came in with my wife and toddler, met my friend and his toddlers and bought some drinks. They didn’t have all the ingredients, but who cares, it tastes fine enough with most of them. Our kids were laughing and playing, you know, toddlers, so they were just staring at each other and walking in circles to entertain themselves. They didn’t bother ANYONE. People were smiling and watching them be toddlers. We were asked to leave by a Starbucks staff member because they made too much noise laughing. Not terrible loud noises, but normal baby laughter. The other customers were happy. They didn’t break anything, they didn’t touch anyone or anything, they didn’t pose any danger to anyone. Starbucks – at this location – doesn’t like children. I won’t be visiting them again and I’ll be talking trash about anyone who does to discourage others from going as well.

Tried a lavender oat milk latte for the first time and didn’t love it. Just not my flavor profile- I like the coffee flavor of a regular latte. They were super friendly, generous, and quick about remaking a drink that I enjoy. Thank you, Starbucks Team!

Decided to stop by this location since it’s on the way to work in this morning around 5:35am. I don’t know how many staff there is in the early morning but I saw two staff and apparently only one running the show because when I peek their the window I saw one just walking around and stock up on cups and one making drinks. They took forever with my order, even the car before me had to wait for her orders, and there 5 other cars behind me was waiting too. The cashier had the audacity to say that “sorry, we can’t control the orders/cars” “YES YOU CAN, if both of you work on the orders then everyone could’ve just come and go instead of waiting forever.” Worse experience ever. Won’t ever return to this location.
