A older lady with curly short blondish hair was upset because I asked very nicely if I could have a water with my food and she rolled her eyes like it was inconvenient for her. I was very sweet and even gave a three dollar tip. And when she came back with the water, I said sorry and she didn’t say anything and looked upset? Idk very odd made me feel like I did something wrong for asking for a water?

THERE ARE A COUPLE OF STUFFS ARE GREAT WITH A NICE AND KIND ATTITUDE. THE THING ON TOP OF THE DOOR MAKES A LOT OF NOISE AND THE MUSIC IS REALLY REALLY SAD SOMETIMES IT MAKES YOU FALL ASLEEP OR MAKES YOU REALLY SAD. THAT MUSIC SHOULD REALLY KEEP PEOPLE HAPPY AND ENERGETIC. NOBODY WANTS TO HEAR A SAD MUSIC IN THE EARLY MORNING.

Quiet location, especially on a hot day. After checking with the manager, the barista taking my order was able to enter it correctly. It is such a simple drink to prepare and often is wrong. This time it was marginal and had too much milk with little foam; should be no milk liquid, only milk foam. Starbucks, you need to constantly train your staff. So frustrating.

This is the frozen tropical puree. This was taken immediately after they handed it to me. It’s juice and froth. Didn’t have time to go back. 2 out of the 3 employees were friendly, one tried to send me off without my drink and wasn’t happy, but people have bad days.

Sam, Sharon, Cliff and the whole team are just outstanding in their customer service, food and drink preparation, and the friendly atmosphere they maintain at this Starbucks. I have been to all of the Starbucks in Rocklin and surrounding areas – this is by far the best!! Kudos to a great team!!

This is one of the nicer Starbucks that I’ve been to. Fairly large, seems to have a good number of tables, they were about half full when I visited. The baristas were welcoming and friendly. The restroom was clean both times I was there. And the coffee was ready quickly and fixed just the way I like it, though I’m not terribly picky about my coffee and I don’t have special requests.
