Went inside to order a small cup of coffee but found out that there coffee machine was not working. Seriously….it is Starbucks and your coffee machine doesn’t work. NO black coffee. The young lady who took my order nicely offered a Americana at no more additional cost than a black coffee. This seemed nice. But I order black coffee for a reason that I don’t want to wait behind all the online orders and drive through. Which is exactly what I had to do…ONLY to receive a lukewarm weak coffee. I was so disappointed!

Good location spot in Woodland, the store is immaculate, had everything in stock, bathroom was more clean than any Starbucks I have entered.
Staff was very nice. My only complaint is that my latte was a little underpowered. Otherwise a great Starbucks location.

I got a foamy hot Americano and the barista insisted it was correctly made. He offered to “remove the foam”. It’s a busy spots avoid sitting cloae to the door.

The music is disturbingly loud. I asked the waitress if the volume could be turned down. She smiled and did nothing.
We left before finishing our drinks; we won’t be back.
Go find another Starbucks. This one actively drives customers out of the table area.

I had the most wonderful experience at Starbucks today, all thanks to Isa! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and a genuine smile, making me feel right at home. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order, but Isa took the time to ask what I was in the mood for and helped me pick the perfect drink. Her recommendations were spot on, and she even made sure it was tailored to my taste. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but her positive attitude and friendliness made my visit extra special. Isa truly went above and beyond—she’s an absolute gem! If you’re lucky enough to be served by her, you’re in for a fantastic experience. Thank you, Isa, for making my day so much brighter!

The worst Starbucks in town they always make my drink wrong (ALWAYS) or too watered down. Starbucks aint cheap and the fact i spend my money on trash is really upsetting. This location needs to hire people who actually take pride in there work.

Ordered a flat white took 15 minutes. It was out in mobile order lane with someone else’s name. Barista dude with nose ring says it’s only flat white I have out there. It was cold so talked to cashier that took my order same bad attitude. Had them make me fresh one. Very busy and understand but very poor service

Usually, the service is average. But in the morning, it’s crazy busy. The baristas can be robotic.
I ordered a chocolate croissant twice toasted. Mine was barely warm. It was stale–absolutely horrible. I didn’t take it back due to the waiting time.
I won’t return. There’s too many Starbucks I love to waste my time and money on this one.

Whom ever was taking orders through the drive thru(male) was extremely rude and impatient at 6:45am. I couldn’t remember if the crème brûlée had toppings so I asked and his response was distasteful. It caught me off guard. I haven’t been to Starbucks in a while because of the not so great customer service and experience. This just reminded me to stay away and gladly stick with DUTCH BROS!!

They have the air conditioner on… it’s raining outside and very cold. The barista intentionally did not ask for my name and called me back to the register to get my coffee instead of at the other end of the counter. I’m wet from the rain and came in here hoping to have some hot coffee and warm up, instead I’m shivering. They turned the air conditioner on to be hateful to me personally. I’m homeless and because of that they treat me like my money is not as good as everyone else’s. There is also a lot of debris floating in my coffee. Wasted my money. Straight up discrimination.
