I don’t actually live in this city, but I drive through about once a week on my way to go snowboarding. I stopped by this Starbucks for the first time by chance last Friday, and I immediately noticed how friendly, attentive, and hardworking the staff were.
I came back for a second visit, and even though they were very busy, the team was still just as kind and welcoming. That really made an impression on me, and I wanted to write this review to show my appreciation and encourage the staff.
I think this location is officially going to be my regular Friday stop from now on. Thank you for the great service and positive energy!

This is my new go-to Starbucks! Roomy seating area, plenty of parking, wonderful staff, clean bathrooms (that don’t require remembering codes), and a drive-thru. There are even EV charging spots in the parking lot near the front door. I love that there is easy on/off freeway access.
It’s fall right now, so they perhaps have outdoor furniture packed away.

Got to work and couldn’t enjoy my breakfast. I had to ask twice for the shaved nuts that come with it. The oatmeal was dry and not made properly with enough water, oats were still hard. Yes the napkins were balled up in my bag just as the picture shows. I stopped at a new location this morning and was not please with the service or food. Do better!

I only went through the drive-thru, but they were fast, nice, and did a great job with my drink. And we’re in a culture where anything less than 5 stars is a negative review, so I’ll give ’em 5 stars!
I’m also very happy there *was* in fact a drive-thru; Google Maps (or maybe it’s Google’s AI) gets this wrong a *lot.*

This Starbucks has good management. The staff genuinely welcome you and fill your customized requests with excellent attention and care. It’s large enough that even with several people inside, there’s always somewhere to sit. They also have a nice, spacious, umbrella-covered patio (wood decking) on two sides. They are fast too, and have a large drive-thru. The place is always very clean. The only thing unfavorable is somewhat limited parking. It is the best Starbucks in the area. We’ve tried everyone within several miles.

Arrived around 10:30 am. The location is inviting and very clean. There was no line when we got there. We didn’t get welcomed by workers when we walked in, but it was no big deal. The cashier wasn’t friendly, but that is my own personal perception. The service was fast. The drinks were tasty. We ordered a white chocolate macadamia cream cold brew, grande, ice brown sugar oatmilk shaken decaf espresso, grande, and a vanilla cream Frappuccino with caramel, grande. We spent $16.85, not including tip.

Today, on August 21st, at 10 AM I came to the drive thru. I ordered a cold brew vente salted carame, the lady at the drive thru counter the blonde lady. Tells me that she cant break my $100 bill that’s all i had using my $100 and no card since I had fraud on my account. She comes back and said we may not be able to break it then she says we can give it to you on 5’s and 10’s. We’ll I said should I go break it somewhere she said that up to me. In my experience in many years of coming to Starbucks this was just horrible customer service. I tell her this is horrible customer service. This is not right you can’t even honor the drink since it’s your guys bad and she comes back with an answer all snooty it’s not our bad and I drove off. With nothing. The point is horrible customer service she was very unknowledable it seemed like and she should not be talking back to the customer she should have realized yes it is our bad I’m sorry we can not help. Onto of that she should have honored the drink. I dont wanna a free drink i have money but she should have honored it. Starbucks is becoming a joke over priced anyway and not that great. I come here cause I treat myself to specialty drinks and now I will not be coming back especially this one. They need to train her on customer service! Horrible horrible horrible this is the second Starbucks in Roseville that is rude.
