I did an online order this morning & I ordered a spicy falafel pocket, I’ve never had it before so I didn’t know what it would look or taste like, I ate almost the whole thing before realizing I saw chicken, I looked it up to see what other foods they had that look like what I ordered and realized they gave me a jalapeño chicken pocket. I’ve been a vegetarian for 6 years so this was extremely disappointing & I have been having stomach issues non stop since I ate it as my body doesn’t know how to process meat anymore. I called the store & told them what happened & the supervisor I spoke with seemed to not care at all about the incident & just responded with “mistakes happen” she didn’t offer me anything, not even a refund. I don’t think this person should be a supervisor when that’s the way she handles a serious issue like this. What if I was allergic to chicken? It was completely careless. My roommate & I would come to this location at least 2-3 times a week as it is down the street from where we live. Never coming here again!

I got only good things to say about this place. First time at this location. Order was correct and as good as ever. Needed help and got some great suggestions with a great eagerness to help; zero falcity (which at times is annoying in custmer service). Perhaps it matters who, so I’ll mention it – the person who made our day was Andrew. Shout out to managers for hiring awesome staff who are fast, effective, professional and dependable. Faith in great customer service restored.

This location really struggles. My order is never made correctly here. Other locations no problem. Today I ordered 4 items and only 1 was correct, and it was a grilled cheese so hard to mess that up.

I’m not one to leave a bad review but I thought this was worth being said. I ordered a matcha and it was just the chunkiest milkiest drink and was so yucky and when the lady remade it for me it was almost the exact same. (I ended up going to the location on fair oaks and sunrise to get it fixed and they did a phenomenal job.) the picture was AFTER the barista at this location tried to remake it.. trust me that is was worse before and this is already bad. On top of this I called customer service and they wouldn’t get me a refund.

I was out doing Lyft stopped and asked to used the restroom, as a well groomed clean shaven man and was denied because I was unsure if I was going to buy something . Often time when out doing Lyft I’ll stop at any other Starbucks use the restrooms and end up deciding I want something after all. But it won’t be from this one if ever again honestly. But thanks to Red Robin across the street much better hospitality

Their drive thru service has gotten exponentially faster. Their inside service was fast and friendly, but I was the only person in the place, and if you indicate you’re “eating in” your items are served on actual plates and cups.
Starbucks is always consistent in the products they serve but this location is consistently SLOW! I have been stuck in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me for 26 minutes before – with no apology. They’ve increased their staff but that seems to have no effect on their ability to serve drive through customers quickly. Service inside is quicker so if you’re in a hurry, park and walk in.

I’ve been trying to expand my drink palette so I’m one of those girls that check out Pinterest before going to order and no matter how complicated it is , they never make me feel that way and serve with a smile. My favorite food is the grill cheese sandwich, turkey bacon sandwich and sausage egg sandwich

Not the best experience. Went through the drive threw and sat there for 25 minutes with 2 cars in front of me then i get up there and the lady working does not even speak. I got a pink drink and barely got anything in it because it was so full of ice. Wont be back!
