I observed the barista pour reduced-fat milk from the refrigerator closest to the dining area into my cup. Immediately after, they turned to the opposite counter near the wall and prepared a different drink in the blender using whole milk. They then returned to my drink and finished it with caramel drizzle, which was done neatly.
When my name was called, I noticed the label on the cup indicated whole milk. I mentioned that the drink was supposed to be made with whole milk. I was told the milk had been taken from the wall-side refrigerator, even though I had just watched reduced-fat milk being used.
I didn’t want to argue or make a scene, but there was no offer to remake the drink. The barista simply moved on to the next order.
What’s disappointing is that this location is only a block from where I live, yet this experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unsure about returning. It’s hard to trust that an order will be made correctly—especially when I don’t see it being prepared. I’m not looking to criticize anyone; I just want to feel confident that I’ll receive what I paid for.

No one from the location or from the website has responded and it has been many weeks since both reviews were submitted.
Thanks for the advice, but the request you give to customers with not so great reviews do not get responses. It is useless to put effort into a review through any avenue for Starbucks customer feedback.
It is good for customers to now know Service at the locations and how the website when giving negative feed back, that we will not get a response as a customer.
