The atmosphere here is unwelcoming. I noticed a trend with all the negative reviews being from Hispanic/latino folk like me. The interaction I had with a white male employee was absolutely disappointing. I don’t expect you to ask about my day or how the kids are doing. But a smile would be nice when handing my drink. You work in customer service for gods sake, a miserable attitude and expression is not truly what attracts customers. Found it weird that the white customer behind me was treated better!

As of 26 January, the establishment is operating on a takeaway-only basis, with the interior layout altered to prevent customers from sitting inside. Furthermore, it appears that restroom facilities are not available for use even after purchasing drinks. The entrance to the restroom was blocked off by a custom counter.

If you have the Starbucks app you can order ahead. I got the Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino no syrup double blended. Perfect for warm/hot days. The line went by super fast. Thank you for the most efficient staff who made my drink so delicious!! The protein box is also one of my favorite things to eat here. And for dessert the chocolate chip cookie – you can even have them warm it up for you! ❤️

Maia took my order in the drive-through and I was pleasantly surprised to hear a voice and demeanor that should be used for Starbucks if they ever use an AI order taker in their drive-through’s in the future. Maia’s voice was sincere when she inquired which drink choice I was contemplating, without any annoyance whatsoever. I cannot describe fully all the details of the dialogue except that it was calming, soothing, reassuring. Management/sales should key in on this quality for sure.

Let me preface this by saying I have not been to this Starbucks location in over 2 years. I also don’t frequently go to Starbucks, because in my personal experience, more often than not, the drinks aren’t as good as I would like them to be for the price.
Anyway, today I went to this location and I ordered online because I didn’t want to have to wait in line and wanted to make sure I was able to pick it up quickly. Well when I pull up the cafe area is not open. So I had to wait in line behind people who were ordering their drinks in order to get the drink that I had ordered well ahead of time to. And because all of the windows, I know the employees saw me walk up to the door. So when I walk up to the drive-thru I do honestly expect an apology because of the inconvenience and I get nothing. I honestly just wish that one, I did not come back to this Starbucks. And two, that there would have been some type of notification that the dining area or Cafe area wasn’t open other than a little paper note on the door. At the very least you can increase the font from 11.

Horrible Service & Unprofessional Behavior at This Location

My name is Mark. I give all negative ratings, I am a regular customer at this Starbucks, but after yesterday’s July 1st, 2025 incident, I will never return. The supervisor (who only gave her name as “Angel” after I asked) was extremely rude, refused to provide a way to give feedback in-store, and yelled at me when I inquired. Another employee, who identified herself as “Tamy,” aggressively approached me, got in my face and demanded I leave—all because I asked where I could submit feedback about the terrible service.

What’s worse, “Angel” pretended not to understand me, even though I spoke clearly and politely. The hostility, lack of professionalism, and outright disrespect in front of other customers were shocking. I’ve always appreciated the baristas here, but this experience has completely ruined my trust in this location.

Starbucks claims to value customer service, but this was outright discrimination and intimidation. I will be taking this matter to corporate and encourage others to avoid this store if they expect basic decency.

I’m pretty sure that this place has video surveillance where it all was recorded.
