Apparently Starbucks has brought in a Kurig type of system that makes each cup individually. It takes longer and mine was coffee flavored water. They remaid it and the result was a stronger coffee flavored water. I can’t imagine how many customers who put additives in their order would detect the issue, but they got ripped off just the same.

One of the nicest Starbucks. Drive through was busy, but inside was relatively quiet. Inside had comfy looking chairs. Have to walk across the drive through line to enter. Return visit was just as good.

Customer service at the drive thru is excellent here. No matter what time of the day, you are always greeted with a smile. Highly recommend this location. Conveniently off the freeway as well.

This is close to what Sundown towns in the South are like. If you are a POC I don’t recommend you coming here or stopping here. The person at counter was unfriendly and we got dirty looks from customers here. We made a pit stop here while on a road trip. I ordered a drink and asked for oat milk. My cup was labeled oat milk. When I started drinking it I thought the taste was weird and should have stopped drinking it then. But was thirsty so I continued drinking it. Than my stomach started hurting and I was assured that it was regular milk. I am lactose intolerant and was miserable and sick to my stomach for the rest of the day.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in Auburn. The staff is always super friendly and helpful with my Starbucks order. The best part about Starbucks is, their coffee and baked goods are always consistently delicious. This is a newly renovated Starbucks and they did a fantastic job. I’m ing the drive-thru. The inside feels inviting and cozy. My only suggestion is, put up signs or paint arrows on the ground to direct drive-thru traffic. It’s a little confusing, since there’s multiple entrances into the center. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY.

I got a gift card from one of my nice customers at work. Unfortunately this location has had a negative impact on the local coffee and bagel shop Bagel Junction. If you have time to stop please go behind this location and support hardworking Jasmine and her family at Bagel Junction. She has posted on her Facebook page how they need our support right now. And her specialty drink menu is bigger and better than anything at Star Bucks. She has bubble/boba, smoothies, hot, cold, iced and blended drinks plus the best bagels in town! Bagel sandwiches, egg muffins with spinach and bacon. Made fresh and fast. Bagel Junction is superior in food and service.

An update: yesterday, on May 31st we stopped by and recieved one of the worst coffees we ever tried. We like black coffee and this time it was very weak and had no flavor. It was very hot, so we tried it a little later, therefore did not go back to the bartender to address it. Besides, she acted not happy anyway. She picked medium roast for us without asking. When I asked how she knew it should be medium roast, she replied that it was a default. Well, either the beans were old or it was not enough of them, which is more likely.
An update. Came here in August 5th. Ordered a pour over coffee, since a new style they have tastes awful. The employee Sara was not happy about pour over as always. She keeps offering a regular one they have. We insisted on pour over. Took a seat. Sara served 3 customers without even starting our coffee which will take 5-7 minutes anyway. When approached, Sara got super defensive and rude. She said she had other customers to surve as if we are not the customers and didn’t place the order first. The way I see it, Sara wants us to order regular coffee that has no taste any longer after new machines had been brought.
