I’m not a coffee drinker so maybe this is a normal thing…
I picked up some drinks for me and a friend. When I opened mine up to have it cool down, I noticed it wasn’t a full cup, maybe 1/4 below the top of the cup. Out of curiosity, I asked my friend to check their level. Both cups weren’t full, about the same amount away from the top of the cup. I took a photo for reference. Is this a normal thing when you order coffee drinks from Starbucks?

Like many other businesses, COVID-19 has changed the way they do business. This Starbucks is takeout only. I have to say, I was met with a smile and great service. They’re doing their part to help us through tough times. Thanks Starbucks!!!

Update – November 14, 2021. This store isn’t what it used to be. Staff are going through the motions. They take your order, but no smile. Worse, the store isn’t clean. My table wasn’t clean. Too many flies. Supplies kept in the seating area. Empty supply trays inside and outside. Dirty coffee station. Even the dumpster is a mess. A clean restaurant is a minimum requirement. Pictures tell the story. Management must know. Why is this allowed? Do you want to go to an unhealthy store for food and drinks?

My London Fog was ok. There were 2 tea bags in a medium sized cup which made it very strong. Maybe only 2 bags for the large size.

Its crazy to me that I ordered online get their to see people who ordered in line get their drinks before me. 10 mins extra on the wait when i order in advance… never coming here again.

Employees are always super friendly, and my coffee is always perfect. Made the mistake of going to a different Starbucks first this morning and ended up having to drive across town to get my coffee done right thank you guys! Morning coffee is a big thing to start they day right.

The customer service is what you would expect from a Starbucks, friendly, polite, and fast. But from my experience the quality of drinks that are made here aren’t what you would expect or certainly pay for. Pumps of flavor seem to not be what the recipe calls for and shots are always watered down significantly. Now this is just from my experiences here and I hope that yours are better than what all of mine have been from this Starbucks location. I’m a prior regional manager and I’m familiar with what the drinks are supposed to taste like and what they aren’t. Perhaps slow down a little bit. Trust me if the drink is perfect, no body is going to care about waiting a little bit longer.

I love this Starbucks over any Starbucks I have ever been too because the staff is full of efficient angels! Every single time I have been here it has been nothing but the best experience! I was not feeling like myself today when I pulled up to the drive through to order a hot green tea. My girl was in today it’s the same girl that makes me feel excited to be ordering. She informed me there are multiple green teas (I had no idea on variety) and when I ordered my usually spinach wrap she asked if I would like to try the avocado spread with it, yes please! The combo was perfect never would have thought of it! She is always welcoming and excited to be there which makes a huge impact on the customers in the best way. When I pulled up to the drive thru my other girl was there she is on top of it too! I never have to ask for anything extra because she knows what I want before I even ask and is always there to greet me with a smile. Starbucks this staff you have right now at this location is phenomenal! It’s hard to find good quality customer service these days but these ladies working here are over qualified and go beyond expectations every single time! Very grateful for all the good experiences. Thank you Airport Park Blvd Staff! Love your green tea, spinach wrap, avocado spread girl! See you soon!

Always same problem with this Starbucks in specific. Whenever I ask for EXTRA caramel they seem to put WAY TOO much. We all know this is not what anyone means when we say EXTRA. This has happened to me a couple times already you can’t even drink your drink with this much caramel, I feel like employees do this on purpose when you ask them for EXTRA! Not ok.

This Starbucks is understaffed by inattentive baristas who don’t care about the customers. I have routinely waited here 10 to 20 minutes for an online order. Management clearly doesn’t care about the customer experience and maximizing profits at the expense of creating a nice atmosphere where people want to go. I don’t feel like it’s completely is the barista‘s fault because they are they are overworked/understaffed but in a way it is their fault for not noticing when customers are waiting for an excessively long amount of time. Do not recommend this location.
