i’m a barista from another store and i definitely don’t want to sound rude, but, the last 2 times i’ve been here i get my brown sugar shaken espresso w/ sweet cream instead of oat milk, and they’ve made it with vsc foam instead. when i point it out they tell me “its just foamy from being shaken”… just say it was a mistake, its ok! ive done it before too! our DTO and cafe can get crazy to manage so i totally understand mistakes happen, but i do know what it’s supposed to be & look like :’) normally they do a great job tho! one of the baristas here a while ago actually put me onto this drink. otherwise, keep up the good work! first 2 pics: my drink with cold foam, the 3rd is the remake.

I had stopped coming to this location because it just seemed impossible for “mistakes” to be happening EVERY SINGLE DAY when I ordered my coffee, I decided to order here again today and even though my drink called for extra ice and to “leave room” the still managed to fill my coffee as full as they possibly could with milk. I’m convinced the only requirement to work here is that you must be ENTIRELY UNABLE TO READ OR DO A DECENT JOB.

Was pleasantly greeted when I walked in, baristas were friendly, lemon loaf was quite delicious and my iced coffee was perfect. All in all, this is a great starbucks. Good luck trying to find a spot to park when schools getting out though. ,

I am hardly ever in this location; maybe four times in 4 years. But I have to say, every time I’m in this location, the service is fabulous and the atmosphere is inviting!

We LOVE this Starbucks location and visit often! Clean Bathrooms and Family Friendly!
The only thing to note is that it closes at 7pm which is pretty early for a Starbucks!

Great service. My coffee is usually great. Occasionally you get a lady that gives you a drink that’s way below the top. She swears that light ice is the reason. Problem with that is I order extra cream 3/4,5 shots, extra sweet cream etc… My $12-14 coffees shouldn’t ever NOT COME TO THE TOP. Not to mention every other Starbucks manages to get it to the top. Seems a manager needs to teach them how to whip cream better or add something if they can’t handle that.

New hire struggling to make drinks. I waited 15 minutes and ask for a refund as I needed to leave. Was told it was ready. IT WAS TERRIBLE! The fault did not lay with new barista but with poor manager. The manager informed me she had received her 2 weeks training and had to figure it out for herself. One person putting cups on display shelf, manager wiping down warmer. They were very aware of her struggle and poor customer service. Shame on them.

I always mobile order and they always have my drinks done by the time I get there. I would avoid going when the schools next door get out cause it’ll be packed! They always do a great job making my drinks.
