I went to This Starbucks November 15th my two daughters we’re having there quinceanera this day we rented them a limo and they decided before the party they want to go get drinks with there entourage before going to the venue we waited for them to arrive so we could pay for them I stood by the register while the kids ordered there was 10 of them they had a delivery driver coming in at the same time the lady at the register named Reeta who also claimed to be the manager at the time told them to “”get out the way her delivery is here” I found that very rude and disrespectful there were other ways of saying this not get out the way and her tone and attitude just made it 20x worse when I brought to her attention that was rude and there was other ways of saying this she did not care she did not apologize no smile what so ever as well I urge the real manager to look at the camera and see how beautifully my kids were dressed and happy to be there to make a wonderful memory and you can also see not at any time were we meaning to block the delivery the moment he came in we started giving him space I still can’t believe the disrespect that was placed on such a memorable day for these kids

The baristas were super condescending when taking my order. When I drove up to the window, she just held out the scanner for payment and didn’t greet me nor say thank you. After she scanned my phone she stepped away and continued with her conversation with her coworker. She then eventually handed me my HOT drink without a coffee sleeve or a drink stopper. I asked her for a coffee sleeve, and she said they were all out. She then asked me if I wanted another cup, and I said yes.
Is it that hard to deduce that I don’t want a burning hot drink in my hand? Very poor unsatisfactory customer service. I am never coming here again. I will continue to go to my usual spot in downtown Modesto on Downey. The baristas there are friendly and welcoming, unlike this Starbucks on Patterson Rd. If I could put 0 stars I would.

I was asking if they have any bear bottles since my friend is guess wants one which I don’t know why those are popular if they will end up in the garbage some day. Anyways I asked if they have any. All she said whatever we have on the shelves is what we have like in a rude way. I wanted to know if you have any bear bottles yes or no. Not that hard to say. Cause there was also packages they had there so I may assume maybe they might have it now.

On my pups final day of life we decided to take him to go get a pup cup. Upon pulling up to the drive through, we make our order when the worker in a very condescending and rude tone asks us if that’s all we’re gonna get. We say yes, then she even more so rudely explains that she can’t give it away “for free.” I understand policies but i don’t understand a nasty attitude. You never know what someone is going through so let’s practice basic kindness please!

Everyone here is very pleasant.
This is my favorite Starbucks by far.
I have come to know some of them fairly well.
Every Friday, I treat myself to a Triple Viente Upside Down Carmel Macchiato and an iced lemon loaf.
They know me well enough, and the only questions are, do I want it hot or cold, and do I want the extra shot.
Now that’s customer service with an A+.

The service varies, sometimes the employees seem to be in a bad mood and reflect it back on the customers. During my latest visit, I went inside the cafe and there was only 4 customers,all of which had already been served and yet it took a while for me to get served despite there being nobody else inside and the drive through only had about 1 or 2 cars. The first employee who greeted me was okay but the second employee made a mummer at me and seemed annoyed. He seemed like he didn’t want to be there let alone serve me. They also forgot the cinnamon on top of my frappe, though the overall service from the employees is always lacking at this location.
