Excellent service, line moved very fast. Was anticipating a longer wait due to the length but it was processed through quite efficiently, with just enough time to read the two beautiful, artful boards listing the secret fall menu and the barista bundle picks. Since I had time to read the secret menu I actually ended up choosing off that instead of ordering my usual go to ice mocha. Super happy they had that out and I tried something new, I strongly recommend the sweet and salty mocha, iced.

I have a significant concern about this location store 6899 . Every time I meet with a friend and we speak in our language (Arabic), the staff increases the music volume to an uncomfortably loud level, making it impossible for us to hear each other. However, when more customers arrive, they lower the volume back to a reasonable level. This repeated behavior suggests a lack of equal treatment, which is very disappointing. The most recent incident occurred on May 19 at 2 PM. This establishment needs to learn how to treat all customers equally and respectfully.

This Starbucks is okay. It’s not the best and it’s not the worst. The seating space is small and they’re usually busy because it’s off the freeway. The drinks tasted fine and the service was okay.

I want to give a shout out to Maddie & Rebecca. This Starbucks was super busy at the time I came in. The store was clean including the bathrooms. I went to the register and was greeted by Maddie. Smiling and super approachable. Her kindness radiated when she helped me with my order. I waited for my drink. Then my name was called by Rebecca. She greeted me with a smile and insured me my drink was decaf. Which I thought was amazing. Highly recommend this location.

They didn’t put any strawberries in my Pink Drink at all, didn’t warn me that they were out of strawberries (so they probably weren’t out, they just didn’t add them), and it was watered down. Sad when Starbucks inside a Target makes better drinks than an actual full service Starbucks location. I previously had a 5 star experience at this lcoation, so I hope service gets better. I do update reviews.
