As a daily Starbucks customer, I’ve noticed that this location operates quite inefficiently. Mobile orders take significantly longer than usual, and the kiosk monitors often aren’t cleared in a timely manner. When you arrive, employees are frequently chatting instead of managing pending kiosk orders, which adds to the delay. Additionally, this is the only location I’ve seen that keeps straw stoppers and other essentials out of reach, which makes the process even slower.

I used to love this Starbucks pre-renovation. However, I visited today and received a grande instead of a venti (For $7.65). They offered to remake my drink but continued to give me yet another grande instead of a venti. There’s no accountability from that specific barista and my time was wasted.

I ordered a trenta Passion Tea –no water added , no syrup, add Splenda, with light ice. I tasted it before I left Starbucks. Always a wise thing to do. The tea was spot on. My son ordered Peach tea–he told me it was great. This Starbucks has a drivethrough.
UPDATE: 11-17-18: I stopped for coffee and got a cranberry Bliss bar, and to use the restroom. The bathroom was dirty, but the rest of the store was immaculate–see additional photos. My husband and I loved the coffee. The personnel were friendly and helpful. The place was busy and the atmosphere friendly. Since we travel this road frequently, I’m sure we will return.

Stopped in on the way to my friends ranch, was my 1st time in. I got to say the interior is beautiful on the inside. The service was fast and friendly. I ordered a vanilla hot coffee (1st. Time) it was excellent and was not too sweet.

This has been my go to location for many years. It recent years, before and after the remodel, the cleanliness of the store has really gone downhill. Just yesterday I was once again very disappointed in the condition of the bathroom. It is something I have mentioned to the staff a few times.
