Staff is always incredibly rude. This last time I went, they didn’t even ask for the name and so my order was just sat on the counter, as they never called it out. Been there at least 10 times, not once have I had a good experience. It’s simply the closest one to me.

It took awhile to get our coffee, they call out your name but the music was so loud we didn’t hear them. My eggnog latte didn’t taste like eggnog. The cashiers were not nice. Maybe it’s time to expect them to be rude, so we’re not disappointed. If you want to conversate when you go with a friend give it up, it’s too loud

I have tried this place just because it’s the closest to my work. I will not stop again, this place takes for ever in the drive-through not even busy and waiting almost 10 min and hadn’t even taken my order, this is how long just for the car in front of me, I just took off after the one car. Again it was not even busy. They either need to train people better or get more staff.

It’s great having a Starbucks less than 5 minutes from my house but there has been a decline in the service this location provides within the last year. The workers seem to hate their jobs and the drinks they make are NEVER consistent. I order the same thing everything and its different every time.
