We accidentally left our backpack at this Starbucks, and the manager went above and beyond to help us. She kept it safely for three whole weeks, waiting for us to come back. In a busy city, this level of care and honesty is truly rare.

Great staff, very nice. Plenty of places to sit inside and out. Big merch wall, no discovery espresso ornaments at the time of this post. Plenty of free parking, nice clean restrooms. And they have a drive through, you just have to go around the Jamba Juice.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I ordered a medium Strawberry Açaí Refresher and a large Caramel Frappuccino. First, the Frappuccino was made in the wrong size. When I pointed it out, I was told to wait a few minutes for the correct one.
Those “few minutes” turned into over 15 minutes — and I still never received my Caramel Frappuccino. No proper update, no urgency, no apology. I completely understand that it can get busy, but ignoring a customer who already paid is unacceptable.
This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better service.

The male in the drive thru today was super helpful and super sweet! Many drive thru places rush you to leave, but in such a small time we were able to share a great conversation his name was Jaye (hope I spelled it right)

Went to the drive thru and the worker had some much dog hair on her jacket it was flying out the window. I can’t even rate the drink because I threw it away. The lady was nice and all. But with all that dog hair on her jacket I know it was flying all over the food station.

I am really very disappointed with the starbucks service. I ordered 2 chai latte and 1 cheese danish and i said 8 pumps of chai but when they gave me chai it was not made as i told them to make it seems like they have not added in both of the coffees and i also i asked for half and half milk insted of the regular milk and the coffees were like they just gave me a boiled milk with no suger . I was not expecting this to spend my 500 points .It feels like i wasted my points.
