I added 4 scoops of Vanilla Bean Powder and a line of caramel around the cup, but I couldn’t taste any of it at all. Normally, when I order this drink at other stores, the flavor is strong and balanced. I’m not sure why it tasted this way here.
I hope the store can improve this. For me, this will probably be the first and last time visiting this location. Thank you.
Restrooms are clean, you will need a code to enter. Restrooms are only open to paid customers. You cannot hangout and work on school work or sit and read a book. Unless you make a purchase. Plenty of seats available. Water cups are only available with purchase.
I will not return to this location. I am Gold member. All other locations will allow restroom useage. Expecially to a City worker tgat is on the road 8-10hrs a day.
It was an emergency for her so she had to say some pretty personal and vulnerable stuff in order for them to change their mind. I don’t know if this is a new corporate policy, but Starbucks has always been the de-facto place for people to be able to use the bathroom, whether home or traveling– especially for regular customers like us. (I’m a Starbucks Gold member)
I know companies have a right to reject use of their bathrooms, but Starbucks is a big corporate company, and they are in a position to be able to allow this. They have always done so. It’s one of the very few things that is good about Starbucks.
I was pretty peeved when she told me.
If this is a local thing, then they need to seriously review their policy and if this is a corporate thing then maybe Starbucks has outlived its usefulness in our communities..
