When ordered, staff #1 mentioned it’s ok to get purchased drink + refill at the same time. Very kind about it
At pickup, staff #2 was rude when I grabbed an iced tea refill They said “This time it’s whatever, but next time you need to finish your first purchased drink first before asking for your free tea refill.”

HUGE SHOUTOUT TO THE GIRLS THAT REMADE MY DRINK I had a long stressful day and the only thing I was looking forward to was my iced caramel macchiato. I got it at another Starbucks here in MH but it was not good at all. This location is game changer. The two baristas that I spoke with were super sweet and friendly. I told them about what happened, they offered to remake my drink and I even got a kitty cat drawing on my cup. THANKS AGAIN!

I visit this store pretty much everyday, with the exception of weekends because I live out of town. My drinks have been made wrong a handful of times-no biggie, stuff happens. I always return, my drink is quickly remade and the barista apologizes for the inconvenience. Today was the first time I had to wait until the barista with blue hair felt it was convenient for her to remake my drink while I waited alone in the lobby with no one else but workers in sight. What’s the purpose behind having someone that’s already waited for her drink to have to wait again? The mistake was the establishments and not the paying customer. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or offer any type of anything for the trouble. Not even a smile, and that’s free!

Tastes like the concept of a matcha (extremely watered down, can only taste the oatmilk, even after ordering with more than the average scoops). For the first time I didn’t like the service I was given at this location. Every one was sweet but the male barista. I forgot to ask for a water and I asked him since the cashier was busy and can’t even make me a water, and than I ask for a straw and he can’t even pass a straw. I don’t know what happened to the other crew but there are missed.

Today I went to a Starbucks store and asked for a cup of water. I even said I was willing to pay for it, but the person who assisted me said they couldn’t give it to me unless I bought something else. Regardless of the store’s policy (which I’m not sure has changed), the attitude was unfriendly and lacked empathy.
As a regular customer, I was surprised by the lack of courtesy. I’ve always appreciated the good service at Starbucks, but this experience was disappointing. I hope more attention can be given to customer service, because small details like this make a big difference.
