I love this Starbucks location it always has good music playing and great location. I love Jenn the Manager because she is so personable and always says hi to me. Then the Barista Lucia is really nice and friendly. I highly recommend this location plus there is always parking.

I was trying to enjoy my coffee on the patio outside when a customer was pacing back and forth in front of me, speaking loudly on speakerphone for over 30 minutes. I politely asked for a bit of consideration. When I’m on the phone, I always step away so I don’t disturb others. Instead of deescalating, the individual became aggressive — and your store manager chose to side with him.
I am a Los Gatos resident, and my home is just two blocks away from your location. After this experience, I will make sure never to set foot in this store again. Since when it is ok to support a belligerent inconsiderate customer over a quiet local one that comes every day???

This Starbucks has some of the nicest workers there. Out of the handful of times I’ve been there. They are so quick to fix any mistakes and also go out of their way to say good morning. The atmosphere of the store itself is also cuter than most other Starbucks I would say

Awesome place if you charge your Tesla. I used to complain about how dirty the floors are and it seems they are doing their best. I do think it is the customers fault, why on earth you make it dirty anyway, people are mean, but anyway, I do enjoy the stay there near the window.

Quite disappointed. There were 7 staff members, yet it took them 4 minutes to even acknowledge me (and the other patron waiting at the order counter) and take my order, even though they definitely saw me standing there. The place was only about 50% full. Just a “hi, we will be right with you” would have been perfectly fine, but not even a word… The food and coffee was decent though.

They were busy, but Starbucks always are. We ordered two banana breads, and made the mistake of saying “sure” when asked if we wanted them warmed up. The guy doing the warming was too lazy to walk the food over to the counter after heating it up, instead just letting it pile up until another worker grabbed it. So we got one banana bread while it was warm, and then had to wait several minutes while the other one just sat there getting cold.
We ordered drip coffee, which they normally just give to you at the till, but today they decided not to. So we waited while other fancy drinks were prepared. 10-15 minutes later we realized that they had simply forgotten about us, when people who arrived much much later than us were getting their much more elaborate drinks while we just stood there. Not a great location. B team staff.
