One glaring fact for me was this facility cost me $1.80 more for my daily products.
One ding is the fact they leave out their “wet floor” signs forever. This makes it appear dirty and unkempt.
The employees were nice. The tea was enjoyed..
Inside is not too clean 3 stars.
Service 3 stars, one server just could not muster a smile.
The mint Frappuccino barely had any flavor of mint what a letdown. 1.5 stars. Unfortunately I didn’t come in for the atmosphere or the servers although they get a higher rating, the drink was substandard at best. That is why only 2 stars.
Came in today and tried a strawberry drink and a Matcha Frapuccino “ both were excellent so I gave them another star
EDIT:
I’m surprised to see that I’d posted before about pretty much the exact same thing – Dogs (3) in the store. Sure, they’re cute little dogs dressed up for Halloween, but it might explain why no one is sitting at the surrounding tables — I’d be a lot more annoyed if I hadn’t planned to sit outside anyway. To make things worse, I went to the Starbucks website, and after the usual roundabout and redirect bizarrities that Starbucks has seem to have implemented, I did get to the store feedback page to find that I can’t submit because of two errors.
The date-time picker literally gives you the current time, selects it and then throws an error that you can’t select a time in the future… And on top of that, Aksimet captcha isn’t working. I tried on two different browsers. It’s crazy to me, I can’t think of any company I’ve dealt with other than Intuit that makes things so difficult, or has so many errors. More often than not, there are errors every time I have to use the Starbucks site. I don’t understand how a company of Starbucks size could flail on these smaller issues (and I know they’re smaller as I’ve done a lot of website design/development).
