I came in at 5:45 AM to order a coffee, the women who took my order was all over the place. Finally at 6:10 I asked is my order still coming? Sophie who had just clocked in said I’m so sorry about that I don’t see it on the queue said she’ll have it right out! And made it in five minutes. It was just an iced pistachio latte. Thank you Sophie! I ended up being late but I appreciated her urgency when I asked about it.

I stopped by yesterday and one employee, Chris, went absolutely above and beyond! Best customer service and experience I’ve had in a Starbucks. I really hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Clean, quiet location with lots of parking and fast service. 10/10 🙂

Too much ice for a light ice drink and it didn’t taste like matcha

Not a clean service. Came here on New Year Eve 12/31/25 wittness the older guy with long gray hair dropped one of our sandwich on the floor at the bake oven station between 1:20PM-1:50PM, he picked it up, hand us the sandwiches and did not say anything. He also does not wear gloves doing cashier, touching money and food. Also, he charges us 25cent extra per regular cup for ordered hot chocolate. But the not clean service is unacceptable.

Wow. This is one of the nicest, coolest and best looking Starbuckses I have seen so far.
Super nice comfirtable couches, many many tables, great coffee as usual. But the restrooms are the best 🙂 high tech and nice looking.
I was very surprised to see something like this. Its almost like a bar lounge area.
I will definitely save this spot on my map to go here of I am around.

Nice decor but service/speed lacking as of today. Hopefully this improves. Maybe tell me where to stand. Maybe move the oven near where hot food is delivered. Maybe a cream/sugar station on both sides of the main coffee bar. Maybe provide fast service when training people. This prime location in a prime neighborhood ought to be outstanding. Nice restroom setup!

I love the Starbucks in Strawberry Village. It’s incredibly open and spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. I always find a cozy spot, even during the morning rush. The bright, airy layout makes it feel welcoming and relaxed: perfect for coffee, catching up with friends, or getting some work done.

This new Starbucks location at Strawberry Village, just off Hwy 101 North, is a coffee stop Oasis! Big, bold, beautiful and high-tech as much as any Starbucks in this area can be! You will come to grab a coffee to go, but you just may sit back and STAY for a while! (And yes, they DID include electrical outlets for the clientele!) You’ll love it here! Big enough to throw a Starbucks birthday party!
