I doordashed a matcha to my work this morning and received a half made matcha. You guys couldn’t have filled it all the way to the top? Doesn’t seem right especially with how much I paid.
And as you can see in the pictures, the top of the lid is clean and clear meaning I haven’t even indulged into yet and you can see how there is still a decent gap missing of my drink.
Please tell your staff to properly fill a drink up that a customer PAID for and that ice can’t just be a filler ingredient because you guys didn’t make enough of the drink.

(Update: how is DoorDash responsible for not filling my drink up. Feels like my review was just skipped through and the response was handed over to someone who couldn’t have been responsible for it!)

This isn’t my first time having problems with this location. So I am writing a final review due to the lack of accountability anyone wants to take!

Very unfriendly service, stoic and annoyed to be helping us. Drinks tasted toxic, and they were very unhappy to help fix them or change them. I’ve always had good experiences at Starbucks, I know it’s a chain, but this one is not the best. It’s at the town center, which is like a mall and so yes, it’s busy, and yes, there’s kids, but they seem very annoyed by that. But even kids orders are paying customers.

Cheapest local cup of coffee by 25 cents ! Unfortunately I’m starting to make peace with that not being worth it ! best to drive to mill valley.

The issue here is the baristas hygiene, it is seriously and severely alarming , I have seen them do just all sort gross things like finger their noses right there as I watch.

I don’t care that they can be rude in the evening or that they explicitly make the wrong drink in the morning.

I get it ! It’s a tough job and am guessing they deal with all sorts unpleasant characters but poor hygiene is where I draw the line.

Pay attention here and make sure they don’t feed you any germs , good luck !

Very poor customer service. I’ve never had an issue at this location before. The gentleman that took my order rushed to put my order in the system. I repeated my order twice and he still got it wrong therefore cause the barista to get my order wrong. After I informed her she remade it promptly. However the guy that originally took my order had a bad attitude about it instead of apologizing. There was no reason for him to have rushed in the first place because they were not busy. There’s no excuse for it.

Badmouthed me amongst all workers after I asked them to remake a drink that was nearly 100% filled with ice when I asked for light ice and gave a $1 dollar tip. As a former Starbucks worker for years, this is unacceptable behavior for Starbucks Baristas and not representative of a “second home”. I will not be coming to this location again, and suggest management relook the culture within this store.

Outside of the hostile attitude, atmosphere is nice, but seating is limited.

Horrendous customer service. This isn’t a recent issue either. It’s been consistent for at least 6 months now. The worst service is from who I believe to be the general manager. I never caught her name, not that it matters. Every barista there is horrible. They obviously hate their jobs, hate their customers, and probably hate their lives. If you want coffee, go to Philz or Peet’s. If you specifically want Starbucks, just go to the one inside of Safeway. They are much better.

I don’t like writing negative reviews, which is why I’ve given chance after chance for this issue to change. It’s hasn’t and I truly believe it won’t until they clean house.

Nice big Starbucks. Went there early in the morning and they were fast and quick with the order. Lots of people there on their laptops. I got a cold brew nitro – excellent drink but really strong. Cost $6 for the Grande size and came in a fancy cup.

The staff is generally very friendly and responsive. Starbucks coffee drinks are mostly good, but the price to value relationship isn’t quite what I expect. The breakfast food items are quite good when you’re on the run. The lunch items are generally unacceptable to me.
