I want to share an unfortunate experience my sister had at your Starbucks location yesterday on August 27th, 2025, which was especially disappointing given that it was her birthday.

She ordered her favorite drink at 6:25PM and arrived at the store by 6:43 PM, only to find it closed early due to being “short-staffed”, despite the posted closing time of 7 PM. She noticed staff inside, with her drink sitting on the counter. When she knocked on the door, she was ignored, and staff refused to assist her.

Another customer arrived shortly after, and one of the employees came out to inform them that my sister’s drink was no longer available. Despite my sister’s request to simply pass out her drink since it was her birthday, they continued to refuse.

My sister is a strong cancer survivor who has fought through this battle three times. Each birthday is significant for her, and it’s disheartening to see her treated this way. We hope that you can look into this incident.

PLEASE MANAGER DO SOMETHING!!! I’ve gone here several times because I live in the area. When I tell you I have been treated like bullcrap so many times by the same two little brats im being so serious. There’s a woman and a young boy who are usually working there when I go. Not only are they rude and dry when I order (mind you, im very polite and sweet with them), but they never fail to ef up my order. I genuinely believe they do this on purpose because I don’t even know how someone could mess up something so easy. Honestly I hope both of them get fired they genuinely infuriate me.

Proximity to the rest of the strip mall is great. Excellent service, especially for Starbucks. Never got my order wrong, and it’s always ready in a couple of minutes. Great place to grab a little bite for breakfast, especially with how close it is to Bagel Street Cafe.

Dry Oatmilk Cappuccino is not a complicated order, or so I thought. 11 mins. later, a Not dry oatmilk cappuccino with a side of attitude. Sorry to bother you.

This Starbucks serves coffee and coffee related drinks in it’s signature “corporate-quirky” style.

Sure, it’s in very close proximity to Peet’s over at the mall, but Starbucks is right here at the strip mall, literally next door to Ping’s, a very adequate Chinese restaurant. So it’s quite a convenient location for grabbing a cup of coffee after downing a heaping plate of Kung Pao chicken. So there’s that.

Plus, during the holiday season, the Starbucks menu is aglow in red. If you like the color red you will appreciate this feature.

Like most Starbucks, the staff here are very friendly and efficient.

Definitely worth a visit if you happen to be walking by. You’ll say something like, “Hey you wanna get a cup of coffee or something? There’s a Starbucks right there.”

And whoever you’re with will be all like, “Yeah sure, I guess.”

Basic starbucks. Good size but not enough tables and chairs. Couldn’t take a picture of menu because they stopped displaying it. This seems to be a universal thing at all stores. They only display new menu items but not the full menu like before. It says on the existing menu boards in the store to go to the app to see the full menu.

Please always make sure to clean up spills or wash your hands after because there are people with food allergies and I had gotten a caramel Frappuccino and my cup and the inside of the caramel Frappuccino had matcha all over it and inside and I’m allergic to it! I wasn’t given another one so please be careful!

Ordered a peppermint mocha with the cashier who seemed friendly enough. Come to find out that he found my name and order humorous enough to alter. Normally I would just write it off as a bored, under paid employee trying to entertain himself and commend him on his creativity.
It was when he stopped to show his co-workers his handy work AND yelled the altered name out, smirking, as I stood at the counter in front of him that rubbed me the wrong way.

Coming from experience in a similar role, it is fine to have fun at work BUT know your audience and know the limits.

This recently remodeled location doesn’t offer indoor seating (just bar-style seats along the window with 5 chairs), keep this in mind if you’re coming here to work or meet up with friends wanting to drink coffee inside. It’s a very in-and-out type of a cafe.

The employees are wonderful and friendly, though.

Staff is friendly, BUT – the management has understaffed the cafe. That added to the fact that the company has prioritized filling orders from the app, which means walk-in customers are left waiting for long periods. Example : this Sunday afternoon, there was one barista
working the counter. There were 6 customers in line waiting to order while he filled order after order for app clients who were nowhere to be seen. I left after 10 minutes in line. Peet’s here I come.
