I wouldn’t even give this Starbucks 1 star. This is the worst ran Starbucks I’ve ever been to. 1st time I went here I got a chit tea & I asked for cinnamon on my tea & the guy was perturbed I asked for cinnamon. The 2nd time I ordered a egg & pesto sandwich. Waited about 7 minutes for my order & the guy handed me a croissant. 2 days ago I went there I ordered a ham & cheese croissant. A bunch of door dash orders came in & i had to wait 15 minutes for my food. I had to day something to the guy making food. Excuse me can I get my ham & cheese corrisant. Mind you they had a bunch of uncooked ones sitting right there on the counter. He proceeds to look in the fridge. I said to him there sitting right there on the counter. Thumbs done a 1000%

Went in to ask for a trenta cup of ice water and a trenta cup of ice with heavy cream. Worker was rude and said that he can’t do that and I have to buy something. I said I’d pay for both items. He was flustered and frustrated and clearly didn’t know how to ring up a Trent cup of ice. I pointed at a coworker and said he rang this up for me yesterday. I asked the barista why he was giving me so much attitude and then he said I can leave and refused me service. Very embarrassing and frustrating a felt racially motivated.

Was very disappointed when I walked in. It took a while to be acknowledged but that’s fine I don’t care about that they’re just busy. But when I placed my order the guy was rude and short with me. Place also smells bad inside.

Little disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered a white chocolate mocha and it tasted really watered down, not sure if something got forgotten to add to drink and that’s why, it’s my normal order so I know roughly how it should taste. I also order a bacon egg wrap and the bag has correct label but it’s not a wrap, it was one of their Spinach sandwich, not a big fan of that item. Service was good, just the quality of the drink and getting food mix up. Thank you
