This Starbucks location is pretty good, but not the best. There is a small seating area with tall tables and bar stools (1-4 people per table). There are no outlets, though, if you need to work for a while and use a charger. The bathrooms and nice and clean (require a code for paying customers only). The staff was mostly nice, but the lady at the register was a little tense. My order was made quickly (about 5 minute). The iced chai here is actually much better than most locations! (Why I bumped the rating up to 4 instead of 3 stars). It is a decently clean store and there is a lot of space (not cramped). They also sell their merch and coffee beans at this location. It is easy to access from the highway, which is a plus!

You guys need to clean this place up. This place up. I went here to use the bathroom and I just happened to have time to observe all these layers of dirt and gum stuck to the floor. Tons of dust on the vents garbage on the floor. There were like 7 people working at the time. Why aren’t some of you cleaning? Bathroom smelled like old urine. Dirt from months of not cleaning. You need to get this place professionally cleaned. I did not order anything to drink. Was tempted until I saw how dirty it was. You need to do better!!!

I visit Starbucks daily, and today I urgently needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, the staff did not allow me to, and I was told I needed to make a purchase at that specific location. The staff’s response came across as quite rude, which was disappointing. Could you please clarify if this is a new policy, requiring a purchase to use the restroom?

One of the lady barista, who is short, fat and have long curly hair, is so rude. I did order the cold drink iced Starbucks blond caramel latte, the guy took my order kept asking me four times about my order even though I showed him the picture of the drink that I wanted. Then the coffee came out was a hot one, not a cold that lady barista said so rude to me that I should say “iced”. How about I showed the picture? The name of that coffee is come with iced, right? Actually, to give better service, they should said sorry for making the wrong one and change the new one for me, instead of saying rude to customer.

Went there and I ask for the bathroom and the older lady I couldn’t see her name tag, literally asked me if I was intended to make a purchase bc restrooms are for costumers only, i literally had to pull up my receipt from the other store i went earlier bc i really needed to use the bathroom. I used to come to this store bc it’s on my way to work but not anymore.

I usually stop by here on my way to work and order a drink. I always ask light on the ice and i am not sure why that’s even an option if it’s not going to be given that way. Light on the ice means go easy in the ice. If my drink has more ice than liquid that is clearly NOT light ice. I want to know why is this a recurring issue. Is it carelessness or is it training issues or is it just so hard to follow instructions.

A hard working, hard driving Starbucks location. There is no drive thru so customers, who all appear to be regulars form a line to order various drinks from what appears to be Starbucks’ fastest baristas. The seating area is filled with regulars that run the gamut from students, neighborhood locals getting away from the house to some folks clearly struggling with life. The workers here work very hard and do a fine job.
