I like this Starbucks. Super small though, so it gets packed very quickly. This location has a mobile order display so you it tells you the status which is pretty neat.
I’ve had mishaps at this store in the past, but I’m glad I kept faith with this location.

While their drinks and other products are fine, they definitely need to pay more attention to their nasty bathroom!! Yuk!! Horrendous condition!! Also they have two bathrooms but keep one locked at all times exclusively for themselves!! There were a lot of people making line to get in including several young girls and an older woman. Very selfish to keep one bathroom locked all for themselves !! Very disappointed ☹️. Open both bathrooms and have someone check them every hour, it is not too much to ask from a behemoth coffee ☕️ corporation like Starbucks!!

My experience was terrible I will never come again Melissa was very rude and got upset because I told her co worker that the customer is always right and to please pay attention when taking a order she gave me a grande drink when I ordered a re useable vente cup Melissa started yelling at me saying I should not talk to her co worker like that I just got a refund and left I came bacc and talked to the supervisor John he was great and made me feel better about the lady Melissa rudeness but what upset me more after I left my refund never came bacc to my phone so I left with no drink and no money

We went and ordered a choc croissant and 2 Madeleine packs. They were both great and the guy checking us out was friendly and got our order quick. We only waited about 2 minutes and left. This isn’t a great place to come to study because of the lack of seating. But there is also outdoor seating. This tends to be more popular than indoor.

Usually the short haired girl makes my drinks so good. Yesterday I came in late and I apologized for coming in so last minute and even tried making small talks with the person making my Starbucks. I specifically said light ice, and it was almost as if that specific request triggered her because she gave me the most ice I’ve ever had. Baristas don’t even do this much ice when you don’t ask for light ice. I understand it’s been a long day and you don’t appreciate last minute customers, but I explained to her that I drove 20 minutes to the Starbucks cause it was the only one open. The person that made my drink was a little bit on the bigger side didn’t catch her name. I will still go to the Starbucks, because not all their workers are like her, but that was an unpleasant experience that made me write a review. By the way, it was so much ice, that I barely got five sips in and it was a Trenta size.
