I usually don’t go to Starbucks but I was given a gift card so I decided to visit. I ordered the Dubai chocolate latte and a slice of lemon loaf. Everything was delicious and the staff was friendly and my order was ready within minutes.

I used to love this place. Gina is the best customer service person there can be. She was kind enough to say she would toast the 13 bagels I wanted to buy in a baker’s dozen the next week for a group gathering I would attend, and I used to go there all the time. I only wanted then toasted one time for this group gathering so they would know how good the cinnamon raisin bagels are toasted with the almond honey spread. Unfortunately, Gina wasn’t there, and I know it’s company policy, but the manager didn’t even hesitate to say no way. Sometimes I feel you need to go out of the way for a long-term customer to let them know you appreciate their business. I won’t be going there again.

Call Starbucks was located and a very open location. There is plenty of parking. It’s seem pretty safe in the area. They had lots of merchandise to offer with all the latest updated cups. There seems to be a high volume of people that come here because I thought o’clock all their food menu items were low in stock. The staff was very friendly and happy. They could clean up the area just a little bit but I wasn’t eating or drinking in there so I really don’t care and the bathrooms could be cleaned up a little bit but my husband used it and he’s a guy so he could deal with it. There’s a nice little area for seating for a big party which I kind of liked. The most important thing is that my drink was made perfect thank you Starbucks for my free birthday drink. Oh and my husband said his chi latte was perfect.

Went with a family member two months ago. Thinking maybe this location will be different from a location I used to go to, but I was wrong.
The drinks are extremely watered down. Prices are a bit high. The shop is spacious though, Two of the workers are rude and frustrated as if they wished they were not working here.
It’s just odd that two Starbucks location have the rude workers, is it the environment or the company?

This Starbucks Cx Service is amazing..staff of young employees are always smiling and courteous.
Cons: Bathroom is often-even early morn when just opening untidy supplies usually empty and not clean.
Lobby is vanilla, doesn’t offer charging for Laptop work.
There’s always business related materials, papers, schedules, invoices laying around counters which is reflection of the potentially poor management.

Been coming here since I moved here for many months. At least six and I always bring my scooter inside today. An employee told me I couldn’t bring it inside which was weird because nobody else was saying anything and everyone looked at him kind of weird. I come in there a lot to get my morning coffee and I’m not sure if the employee was new but this is news to me that I couldn’t bring my scooter inside. And the employee was very rude about it. I also over hear anonther employee saying I was ok but he demanded I leave. Not to mention this is the first time I’ve ever seen this employee working. Like I said I come there a lot .

Ordered a macha tea medium no ice. She didnt even fill half the cup. More than half of it was foam. $5.45 for this disappointment. She had the blender full of macha and I suspect she did this deliberately upon realizing i didn’t tip. Tipping culture has given employees an excuse to provide bad service to nontipping customers; providing good service only to tipping customers. Good service deserves no tip. Great service going above expectations deserves a tip. Bad service deserves a discount, but I didn’t get my discount.

Terrible service. They have closing hours at 9:30 p.m. I arrived at 9:10 p.m. and the door was closed. It was only drive-thru., I went to the drive-thru window and they told me I could only order with a car What a stupid answer and a black girl even mockingly told me that it wasn’t possible. In reality, those people who are serving me don’t have the capacity to serve, they just say stupid things. For my part, they don’t deserve a single star. Only one will appear because Google asks for it.

Really, and I mean really nice staff. And this Starbucks work probably the latest out of all Starbucks’s I know of in the area. And I like to work on my laptop in Starbucks on evenings. Unfortunately in my area they are all closing at 8pm! 8pm!!!! This one closes at 9.30pm! So nice! I stay to work here every time I am in the area. Good coffee, good atmosphere, good staff!
