Update: There are two Starbucks locations in my area. This one is hit or miss on the service. But I’m glad to see that they’ve renovated since I last visited. I love the new look and the seating/sitting area.

The food is the same (all standard Starbucks food items) nothing new that I’ve seen. But what I love is the drinks they always have something new brewing.

Service is still mediocre. They got my order perfectly done this time. However, two ladies ordered after me they received their orders first! And we all ordered drinks and pastries.

Still a hit or miss on this one!

I like how this one is near my house. They’re always busy at the drive-thru. So we like to go inside. I also like to see what new cups and tumblers they have in stock. The staff are nice enough but they can never get my name right. Maybe next time.

been to this locations a few times now and it’s always horrible they always get my drink wrong even if i’m ordering extra to ensure my drink is made correctly. very careless and rushed even if it’s a slow paced environment plus horrible attitude from employees as well. so glad their opening a new one hopefully their trained better.

I had to repeat my order several times and they still managed to make my drinks incorrectly. White Chocolate Hot Chocolate should not have milk chocolate drizzle. A London fog isn’t just Earl Grey with Steamed Milk…. It should have vanilla syrup. Get it together y’all. I’ve done your job before. It’s not that hard. The location seemed charming and I had high hopes, but in the end all I tasted was disappointment.

The staff were friendly and helpful. This location was very busy with drive thru, on-line and walk-in orders but the staff was purposeful and efficient. I was made to feel welcome in this location and was at ease while drinking my coffee and reading my book.

I came to order a decaffeinated espresso, but they made it incorrectly. I went back to let them know and asked for a new one. However, the manager, Susi, gave me a really bad attitude and looked at me disrespectfully, saying, “This is it. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. Management should address this immediately and consider replacing her with someone who knows how to speak to customers respectfully.

The coffee is okay, again it’s Starbucks. I just get a tall coffee with an add shot, no milk or cream or sugar. What I love is the service at this location. They are far above the rest of the Starbucks in the local area.

I always get great service from really nice people. My drinks have always been great… Until today. I received what I would call coffee flavored milk. (BTW I don’t like milk much) The guy handed me my coffee super dark and I asked if he remembered the cream(honest mistake) He says,”oh yeah I’m sorry” and I watch him pull out a container that looked like a milk jug but assumed it must be cream. Go to my car and yuk! Awful milk. I sat there thinking until I convinced myself I didn’t want to take this drink and took it inside. Another guy was there and I told him it tasted like milk and I wanted sweet cream. He asks me if I want a new or more sweet cream and I know it tasted too much like.. IT WAS MILK. He remakes it and while he’s doing that he hear the first guy tell him, “I need sweet cream”. He put his head down and then proceeded to make my drink without looking at my old order cup(since he tossed it in the trash). I watch him add the SAME ‘cream’ from the fridge below as the first guy does. He hands it to me and it doesn’t have cinnamon dulce on top. He says he’s sorry and before I say anything he adds cinnamon powder. I take it to my car, take a drink and it’s WORSE than the first. Barely tastes like coffee at all but instead tasted like?? You guessed it.. MILK!!! This time I’m fairly sure he missed my 6 shots. Ok I’m not a complainer. But I enjoy my $12 coffee and spend over $200 on just coffee from Starbucks per month, easily. This is my first time giving in and complaining. My problem being, WHY LIE ABOUT IT?! TELL ME YOU’RE OUT OF SWEET CREAM SO I CAN DECIDE WHAT TO DO FOR MYSELF!!!
