I asked for light ice because I don’t like my drinks to feel like I’m sipping on a glacier. When I got my order, the cup was still half ice. I mentioned it to the barista, and she said, “That’s light ice.” Oh, okay — so I guess “light” means just enough ice to keep a penguin comfortable. If that’s the case, I can’t imagine what “regular ice” looks like — probably an actual iceberg. Maybe Starbucks needs a new category: “light ice for real this time.”

Very bad experience. I ordered I large white chocolate mocha hot . I order at 9 am in person and I waited until . 9.16 am . People who came after me they received there order before me and I am just standing over there while watching for my order . Then I asked the person about my order and she handed me wrong order . I was late for my work and I just left from there without my order . And she is not even sry also they didn’t refund me

3months ago I stop going this location because all the barista’s staffs &crew they didn’t treat well all there new customers, they look always sad what there are doing , there are not approachable , totally they are not friendly neighborhood starbucks. That’s why I highly recommend to please tell to the manager PLS. tell all your team. Have a good manners and good attitude towards your customers whatever there color/ race / clothes there wearing. I come today I tough there have a good time today again, I’m disappointed to there works and attitudes. Please Put LOVE WHAT YOU DO.

I cant say ENOUGH great things about this location! “Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name” is the feeling here. When I walk in I am always greeted by name by the staff. They also already know my order. Everyone is always friendly and All smiles.
I work up the street and I stop in before I go into work, This friendly and amazing service daily gets my day going in the right direction.
I pass up 3 Starbucks on my way into work and come to this one for all these reasons.

on happy hour day 7/19, a note outside said that it was gonna close at 8pm but the chairs were already up at ~6pm?? also there’s water on the floor but no sign, potential hazards to their customers.
