Went this Sunday afternoon 7/6. Ordered my drink online and arrived 5 minutes later. Barista didn’t acknowledge me and instead hee hee ha ha’d with a customer that came in after me. Moving as slow as molasses while chatting, I realized my drink still didn’t come out. I had to go up and remind them I put in a online order. The dead eyed barista made my drink with attitude and that was that. Like cmon

The reasoning for one star is because I ordered a pecan ICED latte and they made it hot I said
“Im sorry I orded this drink iced” they did not offer to remake it and lady gave me a mean look rolled her eyes and did nothing about it
Anyways just make your own coffee at home I was out and about doing errands thought a iced drink would be nice for a change.

I walked into a Starbucks nearby not knowing what to expect. I order a ICED Caramel Macchiato and in return I got a HOT Caramel Macchiato. I was waiting for about 20 minutes and my name never got called out. I thought they weren’t done with my order, so I continued waiting. Until 30 minutes go by and I check to see if my name is on any of the drinks and I see my name on a hot drink. I was so frustrated I didn’t think to even tell the workers so I just left, unhappy.

This particular Starbucks is busy. They get a bunch of app orders that seems to get priority over walk in. The Inside is lime most Starbucks clean decent music.
The service was a bit off due to being short handed they had posting up for employment. The cakes and stuff are always good.

It was overly crowded with no seating space due to individuals on laptops who were not drinking any beverages. Went in looking for dark roast coffee and was informed it’s only available in the early morning hours, which didn’t make sense to me. Service was slow; a lot of patience was needed. More baristas and/or cashiers are needed for efficiency.

There were 3 “issues” which I do not feel the need to mention specifics because a young man corrected each one with me not even having to ask/suggest. Sadly I did not get his name (about 6′, white, glasses) but because he went above and beyond I felt the need to come leave him a glowing review!

My. God. The best part of my day used to be my cup of coffee. Now I’m on a matcha kick, but the best part of my day is interacting with this staff from the Heavens. This team of spectacular angels have always been sweet and has never botched my name. Which is incredible in it’s own light.
I’ve been a coffee drinker for years and been to Starbucks more times than I can count and this team does it righteously. Spacious, clean, quick, nice, and the drinks never disappoint. I don’t think I’ve had a bad experience at this location. I think I might take my next vacation here.

The BEST Starbucks, by far! I’ve never showed up to pick up my order and it not be ready. I’ve never gotten the wrong drink. And I always gave great customer service. The best part is my drinks are always freaking amazing.
