Convenient location next to the mall Solano Town Center. Great drive-thru location to order drinks. I ordered thru the app the venti iced caramel machiatto with extra caramel drizzle. The first sip was like no caramel drizzle and just pure super strong espresso. Shaken it to the fullest but not enough, I used a spoon and stir it and achieved the desired taste of the caramel macchiato. I haven’t tried the dine in indoor but I heard restroom is not available and less or no tables.

it was an African-American girl that took my order in the drive-through she had braids. I didn’t get her name. I’m sorry, but she did a really great job With my coffee order! sometimes I can be soft-spoken but she could listen to me. Great customer service here thank you so much guys and sometimes the drive-through is backed up, but they’re very helpful and patient.

The coffee was fine , somehow nprofessional service. After purchasing coffee, we encountered unfriendly staff who told other customers that the restroom was not public and suggested they use restrooms elsewhere. This created an uncomfortable experience. Hopefully, the owner takes steps to improve customer service.

Only because I had to rate with a minimum of 1 start but this place deserves a BIG CERO!!! Order on drive-tru a regular house coffee, with oat milk and looks like they just put me warm water with oat milk, so disgusting when tested.
Service always slow and I don’t know why they are always busy with this kind of issues.

Very poor service. We were not welcomed upon entering and were denied access to the restroom, being told it was “not for the public.” As a result, we decided not to purchase coffee. The cashier was unfriendly, which made the experience even worse.

Ordered a matcha lavender and a sausage, egg, and cheddar sandwich. Drink was great but the sandwich had no sausage and was still cold in the middle. Usually my orders are great but this morning not so much. Service however was really good. Just upset that I paid for something that was missing and cold especially since I will not be eating until late in the day.

I will never stop here again. This location has downsized to do nothing but serve drive-thru & order ahead for pick up. We had to wait for someone to stop prepping all the to go orders and finally come to the counter to take a walk-in order. There’s no food on display, no extensive menu displayed, and nowhere to sit anywhere. Therefore, they are not obligated to provide a public restroom. This is not Starbucks as we know it. You’re better off going to a nice coffee shop or Dunkin’ Donuts. Howard Shultz would hate this location!

There’s a drive thru. One bathroom only. The parking lot that leads directly to the main entrance is where Jamba Juice is.
