My coffee and food were served as expected and I’ll certainly come back when I’m in the neighborhood.
I informed the lady that took my order of Mistake. She Refunded Money and said the Tall Cappuccinos are on us. Barista Made Another Two Grandes. I told Him that it was supposed to be a “tall” Cappuccinos. He Blamed it on Cashier. Wait it Gets Better. By This Time all the Food My Wife ordered was Cold. The Next Drink was Made in Record time. Strange huh. He just Poured the Grandes Into a Smaller TALL Cup. Talk About Checked Out . Although Starbucks quality has been steadily Decreasing. This Barista took it to a New Low. Both Barista and Cashier attention was out to lunch!!!
